Great communication

Horrific initial attempt with deliveries with FedEx. Despite speaking to FedEx they returned to supplier.
Newitts
Immediately contacted me as to whether wanted redelivery. Advised would like different delivery company. This was done and delivery no issue. Very good customer service, can not fault them

Came damaged and poor customer service

Bought trainers which came damaged and marked as if they had been previously worn. Sent images. However, I Needed them for a holiday 2 days after the delivery, so asked if a partial refund would be on off for me to keep them. Was offered to keep them for a mere £15 off. These trainers were £100 with delivery

Thank you for taking the time to review us.
When you first reported the issues with the trainers, we offered to arrange a free return along with either a full refund or a replacement. A replacement could have been with you on Friday prior to you leaving for your holiday.
Due to your holiday, you preferred to keep the trainers if we could offer a partial refund or discount. We initially offered a refund of £16.95. However, you felt that this didn’t meet your expectations, as you were hoping for a 50% reduction.
Although we weren’t able to meet that specific request, we increased our offer to £19.95, which you kindly accepted. The refund was processed promptly to your PayPal account.

Disappointed

I recently bought a Nike vest from newitts and after wearing it once a small hole appeared.
Was told by newitts that it wasn’t a manufacturing fault and that I ‘must have caught it on something’. I know I definitely haven’t caught it so it’s a bit frustrating.
When the vest arrived it didn’t smell too fresh and it had a few hairs on it and despite it coming with the tags I got the impression it wasn’t brand new.

We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the vest. Upon receiving the item, if you noticed the hairs and that it didn’t smell fresh, we would have appreciated you reaching out to us immediately. This would have allowed us to address the issue promptly. Unfortunately, this was only brought to our attention after we queried the hole, which appears to have been caused by the vest being caught on something.
Based on the images you’ve provided, the hole does not seem to be a manufacturing fault, and as such, we are unable to process a refund in this instance.
We’d like to assure you that all our items are brand new, and we do not sell second-hand goods.

I am a first time buyer with Newitts


I am a first time buyer with Newitts and they have gone above and beyond. Their customer service should be the benchmark in any industry. A lady in particular (Julie) is ridiculously helpful, polite and has played a huge part in my order arriving on time. I am now directing all of our football club purchases to Newitts.

Refuse To Replace Faulty Products

Purchased a pair of Nike Pegasus 41 running shoes on 10/03/25 and after only 126 miles of running (all tracked on Strava) the rubber on the bottom started to peel on one of them.

Contacted Newitts on 22/04/25 and, after sending many requested photos, they agreed to return the shoes for an exchange.

Upon receiving the shoes, they said the following:

"Unfortunately, this isn’t a manufacturing fault and is down to wear and tear. These trainers have had excessive wear and tear and an enormous amount of use."

I have owned many pairs of Nike Pegasus over the years and get to around 400 miles of running before they properly deteriorate, what they said was simply not true.

After informing them of this, they refused to do anything further and returned the faulty shoes to me. Avoid this store in case you have any issues.

I've bought a couple of times from Newitts. The most recent time there was a manufacturing fault with the Nike football. Newitts dealt with the situation really well and refunded after double-checking it was a genuine fault. It felt like I was interacting with a human being, which is getting increasingly rare. I will definitely buy from Newitts again in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to review us.
All prices on our website include VAT (where applicable) and we also show the including and excluding VAT in the availability tab on each product page.
When the item was added to your shopping basket, it will have shown the price of the item and also the delivery charge.
The emailed order confirmation shows a breakdown of the costs and this matches the price shown online.

Could not be happier with their service

Trying to buy cricket pads for my 5'11" daughter. Tradition cricket shops seem to have disappeared and the warehouse shops just weren't interested. *Shrug shoulders* 'Computer says no'. We took a chance on turning up at Newitts off the A64. Julie could not have been kinder and more keen to help. They're not an over the counter operation but it was great to know the people behind the online service were real humans, and very good people with it. Thank you, thank you.

Great Service

I made a mistake with an order and after contacting Julie Robinson at customer services she sorted it out very quickly and the correct order arrived on time. This saved me a lot of time on having to return the goods. Great service and the product good as well.

Exhaustingly amateurish

Everything was okay until delivery time came.
Fed ex were used and ticked my parcel.off as delivered.
It was not.
Then they said it was next door.
It was not.
Then it was around the back of the house.
It was not.
Then i checked cameras and the delivery driver had not even been.
The reason newitts failed is their lack of effort in trying to resolve this,first e mail was promising,after that,silence.
So i chased by phone and was met was unbothered staff.
By e mail and the same answer"we are contacting Fed ex".
Then another phone call and rude staff.
Then i did a bit of digging and got further myself,which leads me to believe minimal effort was made on Newitts part.
I believe once its out the door its a matter of "who cares,weve been paid"
I eventually got a charge back because we were not progressing.
Pity i cant put a zero rating.
No idea what the product was like because i never recieved it and i cannot see that ever happening.

Thanks for taking the time to review us.

Our sincere apologies for the issue with delivery. We worked very hard yesterday trying to locate the parcel with FedEx and informing you of our findings at every step.

Sorry that you feel we were not bothered. I can assure you that we are bothered and that we had to wait for a response from FedEx before we could let you know what was happening.

The parcel was eventually located at a property on the wrong street and it is now on its way back to us. As requested we will issue a full refund.
