Pushy salesman, won’t take no for an answer. Don’t deliver on services promised. Don’t reply to emails or phone calls. Only time they contact is to demand more money for something else. I don’t show up on Google searches as they’ve registered the wrong key words, haven’t rectified this in 3 months. Won’t add reviews to my page after waiting nearly 2 months. Demanded I pay for extra pages a month ago and they still aren’t on there. I’ve had zero leads from the new website. I had a lot from my own one I made through Wix. Horrendous company to deal with. Incredibly unprofessional

Every member of the team I have had the pleasure of speaking to have been nothing but kind, caring and considerate. The warm approach I have been greeted with on every occasion has made me feel truly valued as a customer! Huge thank you to Paul (our website designer) and every member of the team who has reached out over the process. we are completely overwhelmed with the outcome of our website and we look forward to growing with you in the future!

i have read the previous comments re paying for optimisation and i too had a call re this but it was explained to me thoroughly and as my old website werent optimised i have seen first hand the benefit of having and not having it

The two aforementioned employees are a credit to the company

Stay away from these con artists. They seem very good at start, then start pushing you for google optimisation, you say no and they get funny about it, they can’t even spell properly. Long story short, after having a website with them for 2 years with no changes done, I decided not to carry on and informed them about not renewing, gave them a months notice even though it says 14 days in their terms and conditions, emails sent, told them 3 times over the phone. Then one if their Manager called me and tried to push again and after informing him as well that I no longer want to carry on as and that I have already informed them about not renewing, this Manager(Stephen Fearon) gets pushy and starts threatning and says that they will process this renewal using the card details in system as I should have given 2 months notice, this person was so unprofessional and unethical, tried to wind me up by laughing and abusing me at the same time. I had to repeat it again that I am not paying a single penny as I am well within my rights to cancel. He says I am refusing to pay and the call is being recorded. Tried his level best to scare me but I have dealt with these uneducated morons many times. Stay away guys don’t get scared if they try to push you. They use the book to scare people but in reality law is very different because you only pay for the work done, no payment when no work is required or carried out.

The worst company I have had the displeasure of using. Rude staff, poor customer service and scam artists.
All staff are liars.

AVOID AVIOD IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU.
This business is one big total rip off, THEY START AT £99 AND THEN THE COSTS MOUNT UP FOR THERE ADD ONS.
EVERY CALL IS A CHARGE OF ONLY £250
THEN THE ADVISOR "SAYING YOU NEED SEO UPDATE ONLY £250"
MY WEBSITE WAS BRANDED BY THE COMPANY LOGO, THIS I DIDN'T AGREE TO.
WEEKS ON END ALWAYS AN EXCUSE ON WHY THE WEBSITE NOT LIVE!
TOTAL JOKE, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
TOTAL COST £3000 FOR NOTHING.
I MOVED AWAY BEFORE IT COST ME ANYMORE.
All promises no action, they just fleece you dry.
Never experienced anything like it, they say there with you all the way just to rip you off.
If I could give zero it would be minus 00000000

I received when I used new world digital media from start to finish my website is 10 out of 10 a would recommend to anybody 👌👌

Well the desription of what was to be done to get me a banging website was not very clear but I got a great website for only £99.00 from a promotion by this company.

New World Media are a fantastic way to start your own website, from start to finish they will guide you on the best way to create a website. They do all the hard work so you don't have to. They make sure this is all coded for Google to make sure everything is picked up. There prices are well worth the money. I have had quotes for websites for £1000s and they still don't look good as the ones that new World do for a fraction of the cost.

Great company to deal with. Built website exactly as discussed.

We have an ongoing dispute with NWDM as they owe us money for a project that they have not even started on our website since January 2023. Instead of paying us back and trying to build a good relationship with the client, they sold us another service package. They gave us the option to find another host for our website and pay leaving fees or stay and pay almost the same amount. They still kept the rest of the money, trying to force us to change our first review which was all true.

After the last payment for the package, it has been about two weeks now and no one has called or emailed me, and there has been no refund either. Do you still think this is the type of headache you want for yourself and your company? Do you have spare time to keep chasing someone? If the answer is yes to the questions above, then YES, this company will suit you well, and I wish everyone all the best with that.

I'll send a new review next month. It's a shame that I can't score 0 stars; that would be my real score for NWDM.

These guys are all so helpful!!! Every time I've had a query or needed something explained, they've been incredibly patient with me, as a complete novice at website building, and they've done everything I've asked for without hesitation. The value for money is also second to none! 5* from me - you guys are amazing, thank you!!

I have had a reply from new world digital and they have sent me an email. They have offered 1 years free service and a review guest book. And any on going changes free of charge for one whole year extra. This was due to the bad service I received. I was contacted by Jo wall and she agreed to this. once I have changed the review to show a better experience with the service provided by them. I will give them a chance and see how it goes and to see if they honour what they have agreed. Good on Jo wall though, definitely felt better after our conversation.

This Company completely ripped me off with a basic 1 page web site that has costs me over £600. The service is absolutely rubbish.

Highly recommend new world digital media for my website as all I had to do was send over photos and reviews of my work and so easy to get on with when you call as they talk you through it all much appreciated

Great company to work with , designed my web site and manage my domain name . Sarah has been extremely helpful, couldn't ask for more.
