STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!! I could write an essay on bad points, Please listen to what I say! STAY AWAY!!!

This is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with. They called me and promised the world and made me change service providers. Since I have had the website with them, it comes up with not secure connection even though I have paid the SSL subscription fees. This has been going on for MONTHS already and all I get is an email for Georgia who doesn't even bother picking up a phone to call me back no matter how many messages I leave on their answering machine. They simply don't pick up calls or get back to you. I am STILL sitting with a useless website which I have now spent a fortune on and they don't care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Disgusted.

Please stay away.

Absolute scam. Waste of time and money. steer well clear. Constantly calling asking for a renewal of a service, when you ask for more details they say the website and services will be taken down if you do not pay immediately. Emails never work and no support. Website design is crap compared to other businesses I know that have paid much less. Save your money and go with someone else that will give a proper service.

Been using New World Digital Media now for just over 12 months Sarah And Danny (SEO) have been amazing to work with and my site is now ranking on page 1 of google if I ever have any issues Sarah gets them sorted!

I have been with new world for 2 years now. They built up my website from scratch and added some great content. Currently in the process of upgrading our mail boxes with them too. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get set up and who havnt got any experience in the website field.

As sales manager named Tracy phoned gave me a big sales chat about how good they are and how they could produce a web site so she took £118.80 off my card then said she would get one of her colleagues to phone and get the ball rolling for a new super web site, unfortunately that was over a week ago, and each time I phone her extension despite her saying she is always contactable, she never answers the phone Iam very disappointed and now requesting the return of the funds in full due to lack or no contact, I have made several attempts to contact them but they dont have human beings working there just automated call systems,I will be visiting the offices if I dont get the full refund.

I have recently used New World Digital Media and ended up buying two websites which are now completed. The service has been superb overall and is still ongoing. I felt like I could rely on them from the very start and like id hoped the websites produced were excellent. I have no complaints with any of the teams there and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. The design team gathered the info and have all the tools to design the website to meet your requirements so my relationship with them was quite good. Whilst the progress was being made on designing the websites the payments for both of the websites were taken and I awaited them for them for roughly 4-6 weeks to be finished in there entirety and listed onto google. I received a call towards the end of the time frame by NWDM asking for an extra £350.00 if I wanted the websites to be live on google. This was an additional expense that had not been discussed previously and I feel as though the wool had been pulled over my eyes somewhat. I cant speak highly enough of Sarah Corey, she is extremely polite and helpful and has helped me with amending things in my own time after receiving a demand for other areas of my services I have been able to adapt my websites to suit with her help.

I have be with New world since they formed and they have worked hard to delivery the exact website we wanted which we helped design and have made alterations along the way.

CLAIM TO WANT TO HELP SMALL BUSINESSES BY TAKING THERE MONEY AND NOT DOING THE WORK AND MAKING UP MORE EXCUSES OF HOW TO CHARGE MONEY! DISGUSTING

This was the worst decision ever to go a head with the website created by New World Media Digital! From the starter as soon as I've paid them, the trouble has begun! Deadline was set for the 5 pager go live on 15th of November 2021 in reality it went live on the 6th of January 2022!
Their phone never get to be answered, calls never get returned,emails getting either ignored or responded late, anytime I had a call from them on the background always so noisy, everyone is laughing, chatting loudly, feels like on the other end is a night club or a casino, the most unreliable, 3 weeks of calling, emailing to make my new email work, result is 0! Harrison Gadsby - sold the deal to me via Facebook, promised to build 5 page professional looking website & maintain for 12 months with unlimited amendments anytime included! Jordan - technical support - failed to call me on several occasions, as until today I am struggling to make my new email work since my quote tool can be accessed only via new email,so potentially I am loosing customers, who could be submitting their call back or quote requests & getting no answer,as I cant access email that has been created by New World Digital Media, instead of gaining business!
Georgia Corry - Customer Services - could not sort things out even with the help of technical support team to make email work & even never responded to my last email - how rude & unprofessional!!!
Adam at Sales was trying so hard to up-sale me the
SEO optimisation for £499 a year, kept bombarding me with telephone calls & at the end saying that non of the features that initially were agreed in writing, will be included, as I have rejected to pay more that initially agreed price! He even wasn't shy to verbally abuse my partner, by saying that he has no clue how the SEO works, meanwhile my partner is a hardware engineer who built several servers for banks & government in institutions in many countries!
The only reasonable & hard working guy is the Graphic Designer - Adam Nicholls, who had responded to all my email, worked closely, called me and within 2 hours over the phone sort out all my queries in regards to the way I wanted the website to look! And this guy just recently had a new baby, have to work from home & still produced a good quality graphics! My advice to Adam Nicholls, mate, run from this bunch of not serious people, they only damaging your reputation & I say, you are brilliant, I can only say Thank you to you alone! Now, I am in the process of taking my website to more reliable people, who can maintain it for me & will keep you posted on how its going! That's my very honest & in-depth review on my experience with the company & everyone, who I came across!

I’m not one to normally write a review, but this is a warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolute scammers, took around £1000.00 off me and the one out of two websites is shocking, tried taking the websites to be hosted by another company as I could never get hold of them to make changes to website and when they sent me the one, the images do not at all relate to what my business does. The other website im still waiting for them to send over but months and months have gone by but no where to be seen. They talk the talk on the phone and make you believe them but please DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BULL****. Typical phone call scam, “this offer ends today” all that normal stuff, unfortunately I believed it as I’m starting up and trying to get everything looking good for business, but this time took a big hit in the bank. Stay away, even if you question these bad reviews they talk sh** and tell you it’s fake, ITS NOT they are horrendous. They should be sued and have to pay back all the money they take off people.

After making my fantastic 5 page bespoke website dealing with the wonderful (Josh) from NEW WORLD DIGITAL MEDIA i can honestly say that my business has skyrocketed! It it took off faster than a Bugatti, I'm booked out and have been for months, thank you so much JOSH
