The first attorney, Michael, that worked on my case ignored me, was rude, and abrasive. Then the second person (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1), Kim, was amazing. I wasn't even told when Kim was no longer with the company, only after I reached out to her personally did I even know. Fast forward 6 almost 7 months later, that same first person is back on my case still ignores my emails and has done nothing on my case. Seems to be the trend with this company since April based on the downspiral of reviews. Looks like the company lost the good employee and kept the bad one, maybe this will get everyone's attention and they will go with a different company, that is what I am doing. You'll be ignored, forgotten, and talked down to like you are lesser than.

For the mere fact that I didn’t have to leave my house for the proceedings, it’s enough for me.
I started the process in March and it was ended in August same year. It was convenient for me and I would recommend the company. My emails were responded and someone was always there to help me through their chat.

I need to finish my divorce quickly but it has been 2 years since we applied . They recently submitted papers to court and they lied that it will be done within 6 weeks. Then they changed the story and said there is nothing they can do because it’s up to the court how long it will take. I paid all my fees and they don’t even respond to my emails or calls. They didn’t even provided me with an index number.

The reviews must be fake, Don’t trust this company just full of lies and rush the paperwork.

I would recommend New York Divorce Online. I did not have to leave my living room to file for divorce, I did not have to see my X ever again, and the cost was under $1,000 uncontested.
Yes, it takes a long time! Filed Oct 2022 and it was finalized Nov 2024. The papers have to go down the line to several different offices. You have to keep on track of payments. They were not always exactly what was listed in the beginning but very very close and added up pretty much to be the same cost in the end.

Extremely disappointed with this service.

This company markets itself as a simple solution for uncontested divorce, but the process has been anything but. After months of delays, they finally submitted documents for me to review that did not reflect the signed separation agreement at all. Critical items, like joint legal custody and income details, were either incorrect or completely ignored.

Worse, I’ve had to chase them down multiple times just to get updates. Even after I followed up (twice), it became clear they hadn’t properly read the agreement or reviewed the information provided.

To put this in perspective: I filed my divorce one week after a friend did with a different company. Their divorce is finalized. I still don’t even have corrected documents.

If you want your divorce handled accurately and efficiently, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This process has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and mistrust, all during a time when things are already difficult enough.

I have been trying to get my divorce completed with this site and it’s been 6 months and they haven’t even send out the paperwork to the courts, the notary contacted me a few days ago that there was an error after I tried contacting this company multiple times. I had to cancel my wedding because of there malpractice and false advertisement.

On April 1, I got an email saying my RJI was filed, today almost 2 months later I check the court website and no RJI was filed. I needed my divorce done fast and I trusted this website and it was a big mistake. At first everything was moving fast until you pay all the money, they don’t even finish there work.

They were supportive from beginning to end.

I started my divorce in February, and it was completed in April. Couldn't be happier. They answered any and all questions I had clearly and promptly, and were very kind.

I was hesitant at first to utilize this service because I was not sure what to expect. However, I am glad I eventually did. From start to finish the process was issue free. I worked with Kim and it was such a relief to have someone reliable, prompt at responding to inquires, professional and detailed. During such a difficult period, she made the entire process manageable and worry free. I am beyond grateful to her for the exceptional service received.

It took longer than expected but worth it. Very helpful if you don’t have time to go back and forth to the court and everything is online.

All paperwork was submittwd in November and got the email in the beginning of April. Easy instructions to follow. Every email was answered in a timely manner. Fast process and just an overall good experience!
