The team make you feel that your sale is important to them as much as it is to yourself! I felt that there was a personal touch! I have had agents in the past that have given the impression that you are seen as pound signs! Not with this team! Happy to help until the end and make the tough times of moving a lot easier to bear! I am very happy indeed with the service I have received from Next Chapter in the sale of my late father's house. I was given sound advice with regard to the marketing of the property and was kept informed throughout the process of finding a buyer. Next Chapter were such an asset during our sale and purchase. They got us the best price for our sale by doing an excellently run open day and when we had issues with our buyer delaying things, they did everything in their power to speed things up. All done with a friendly and can do attitude. Their fees are very competitive too!

We could not fault the service provided by Next Chapter, nothing was too much trouble, we had regular updates throughout, they provided excellent value for money compared to other agents, their extended opening hours and around the clock service was amazing, they offer a personal touch and always have time for you. I could go on but all I will say is anyone considering using Next Chapter should do so without hesitation.

Amir was open and honest from the start, as we quickly found ourselves gazumped on our property. He gave us every opportunity to improve our offer and we felt so lucky to find the owner chose to stay with us! It then took a while for the vendor to find somewhere to complete the chain but Amir was always available, and kept us up to date at all times. By time the chain was complete it quickly became a race against time to exchange and complete before the expiry of our mortgage offer. The service Kelly provided in helping to progress the sale was second to none! We will always be grateful for everything you have done for us. Amir and his team are the next generation of forward thinking estate agents. They differ from "old school" agents not just in the fixed fee but in their whole attitude toward selling a home. They realise that, more than anything, photo's sell houses. Not just any photo's but professional shots that show off your home at its best.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with professional people who couldn't be more different from the traditional image of estate agents. From the moment I met Amir it was clear he'd done his homework on our house and proceeded to impress me from the word Go, we signed up there and then (to a contract that didn't tie us in for a long period).

Amir priced our house ambitiously, but within 2 weeks he'd secured a sale in excess of the asking price to well-vetted buyers who saw the sale through to completion, proving Amir's expert knowledge of the market.

All issues were handled very professionally, he really is on your side. I felt all the advice he gave me was in MY best interests, not just advice that would accelerate the sale regardless, just so he could get his (well earned fee).

Amir accompanied ALL viewings and was on hand to carry them out at any time, not restricted to office hours.or whether we were in or out.

On a recommendation from a friend, we sold our house through Next Chapter (via Amir) whilst moving to France and were very pleased with the service. From the start the initial photos of the house were carried out by a professional photographer showing off the house to it's highest potential and the whole process and pricing (which was very reasonable compared to the average agent fees) was made clear from the outset. Amir kept us informed throughout the process and helped us to deal with the many glitches along the way and push the sale forward. As we had already moved to France we had to deal with things remotely over the phone and Amir stepped in and dealt with everything over in England meaning we didn't have to pay costly travel fees to return to England at any point (he also kindly forwarded a fair bit of stray post to us which was greatly appreciated). Having found a house in France it was well understood by Amir, and our solicitors, that we needed to complete our UK house sale in time to meet a contractual deadline on our French house purchase. Albeit with a lot of panicky phone calls from our end and cutting it extremely fine, this deadline was thankfully met. Although Amir was not always available when we called, he always got back to us quickly and helped us to constantly chase up the buyers and their solicitors whose sense of urgency was not quite on the same level as ours! I would definitely recommend Next Chapter when selling your house.

From the initial sale estimate and review of the property, Amir and his team have been proactive in all aspect of a smooth sale. He quickly established our goals and endeavoured to achieve them. Of the estate agents in Brentwood that I registered with, only Next Chapter seemed to take me as a serious buyer (single, middle-aged female, chain free and finances already in place). I was offered a range of suitable properties to view and Amir very quickly worked out what I was looking for. He then notified me that the flat (which I have just bought) was about to come on the market.. I viewed and put in an offer immediately. Unfortunately what should have been a straightforward sale took forever due to very slow solicitors. Next Chapter did endless chasing on our behalf and we got there in the end.
