Mr. Jeffery visted my home at 4655 Johnson Cove in Memphis today to repair my Go-Go scooter. He is a caring, kind gentleman who is conscientious about his work. He knew the inner mechanisms of my scooter and did an expert job in repairing it.
I appreciate his friendliness and his positive outlook on life.

Josh and Lance came out to my home at the time stated. They got right to work and installed a Harmer AL-600 Wheelchair Lift in my son’s minivan. The process could not have been smoother. Josh and Lance were very professional and personable. Less than four hours after they arrived they had completed the job and I was able to start using the lift. I highly recommend using Next Day Access for disability needs.

I am very pleased with the installation of our temporary wheelchair ramp by Next Day Access. Kayla and Josh were prompt, professional and very sensitive to our needs. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

They are complete professionals, the ramp i rented was sturdy and a life saver after my knee surgery. I plan on using them again when I have my next knee surgery.

THIS DISABLED VETERAN SAYS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They came in for an easy left to right swap on my working unit, took it apart, got halfway through putting it back together and said my unit had a fried motherboard and left me with a nightmare of a mess! They took my unit all apart and didnt even put it all back together before trying to activate it, when they did they got malfunctioning error codes, and stopped and told me my unit was toast!!! IT WAS WORKING TEN MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARRIVED, THEY TOOK IT APART, IT FRIED, AND DIDNT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER, LEAVING ME A BROKEN UNIT, NOT ATTATCHED TO THE STAIRS, IN PIECES, WITH SCREWS AND PLATES LAYING ALL OVER THE STAIRWELL! LOOK AT THE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS!

I've worked with Ray a number of times. Every time I call he is very quick to respond. He reaches out to the client that day and has the job done with 24-48 hours. Very reliable!

So happy with the ramp. They went above and beyond.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and the ramp. From the very first contact Joel went above and beyond to understand and meet my needs. Because I was renting I did not want the ramp installed until I was discharged from the hospital. He went to great lengths to make sure that didn’t happen.
About the charges….they were fair and reasonable.
I had some concerns after installation. Joel was prompt in addressing and making the necessary adjustments. I highly recommend next day access ramps & Joel in particular.

Great people doing the installation. Horrible customer service when you call in with an issue. I hate doing this because it is a veteran owned company, and I am a veteran.

For weeks, I have been trying to get them to fix an issue with the way the electrician installed the switch when he was there.The guy who installed my VPL even took a picture while he was there, so that they could see the issue. I called every day. They would say that they will check it out and call me back. It has been week. I waited to do a review, because the installers were great, but I am kinda done. This was sometime in May.

A guy came out to measure but appeared to be prejudiced. I am African American and was building a new home. I never received a quote. I called several times requesting a quote and nothing was ever done. I called again today. They told me a lie and said they called me several times. Then they said there was simply no one available to give me a quote or to do the job. If you are African American you probably don't want to use the Columbus Ohio location. Go somewhere else.

We needed a stair lift for my husband, who broke his leg. He’s elderly and this is something we had been thinking about anyway. Jeff Rowe and his assistant came out and offered the best deal and service. They were able to install the lift within a day or so of ordering, were professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will be ordering grab bars from them too. Highly recommended!-Judy Winder

We needed a wheelchair ramp wasn't sure where to go I started calling places happen to call next day access. Turned out to be a great success. They returned my call immediately were very courteous and kind. Came out to the house next day evaluated the situation Chris was very kind and personable explained to us everything prices how it all works. We needed a ramp as soon as possible. They came the next day and set it up, it looks great very sturdy, so glad I called them. I would highly recommend them. It's so nice to have someone treat you with kindness in a difficult situation. Also they were always prompt and on time there when they said they would be.

I was very pleased with my experience. I bought a older home and needed to put in a basement door. The first one didn't work but the gentleman went out and got one that fit the very same day. There were a few issues that happened you expect it with a older home and he took his time did a great job and the price was reasonable I would definitely use them again should the need arise

The Next Day Access team was very courteous, prompt, and very customer-oriented!
They spent time to go over our options and to respond to all of my questions. They are caring and empathetic individuals - this is critically important especially when the customer is under duress and dealing with a health crisis! They try their best to work with the customer to ensure a smooth transition. Price is reasonable and they do their best to meet the customer's budget. Overall, an outstanding experience.

Great job, on times, nice staff

We had a unique situation in needing access from the porch to the garage. The builder had installed 3 very steep steps with no handrail; an extreme safety hazard for a 90-year old parent. Mike McGrath assessed the situation and realizing that a ramp would not work, thought "outside the box" and designed and installed a stairlift. Excellent installation. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. They also installed grab bars in all the bathrooms. Again, great work! I give them 10 stars!
