The usual excellent service. Deliveries are fast; more so now that the Royal Mail is handling them. I don't understand why some businesses still use Parcel Force. They are so inept! As for Nice 'N'... ãã£ãšèŠã

most nerve easing experience
Came in today and honestly was a little intimidated by the items inside but the lady working the floor immediately calmed my nerves, she was so nice and genuine. Gave amazing advice and even helped to demonstrate how to use the toys and settings and explained what would be best for what purpose. Made the experience so calm and eased all nerves, she was so professional yet so human and none judgmental which is hard to come by at this point.
