You need to be more sustainable for our planet
The transport packaging is absolutely not sustainable. An enormous amount of plastic around few products I ordered.

Thank you for your feedback which is very important to us in order to improve our service.
As we use a courier company for orders outside the Selected London postcodes we deliver to with our own refrigerated vans, we need to pack the items in a way that ensures the items arrive in good condition.
We are very conscious of our environmental impact and have reduced the use of plastic and paper in the last two years by about 70%.
We have changed the materials used to some that are either recyclable, made from recycled materials, biodegradable, or all of the aforementioned.
We do not print the orders or the invoices any more, as we used to do before, but instead have automated the picking system, and send the relevant documents via email instead. The 'plastic' bags we use are made from biodegradable materials, and so are the trays we use for catering or other such events.
We have to consider that the items you order have to arrive in good condition, and some packaging is necessary.
We are working constantly to better ourselves and use a courier that uses green vans, while in the process of changing our fleet ourselves.

I asked if I can return it ? I was told I had wait till they investigate this with the supplier FIRST ???

Where is my order?…
I placed an order on the 6th of September and on the invoice I received (015987644 06-09-2021 £70.79 Shipped) it appeared that it would be delivered on the 8th of September between 08:30 and 17:00. The bulk of the order is for perishable goods and I am rather concerned as it is now 19:00hrs and no sign of the order being delivered.
Clearly when I tried to phone (at 18:00hrs) there was no reply.
I am sorely disappointed and I am very concerned about the state of the goods when, and if, they arrive.

Faultless
There was an issue with my order, 2 products hadn't been shipped, I emailed and quickly received a response explaining how there was an issue at the warehouse due to human error. I received the missing items 2 business days later, free of charge. Many thanks for making the issue so easy to deal with, mistakes happen :)

Great product, poor packaging
I have used Nifeislife for many years and rate their products, ordering process and delivery service as excellent. The one area where I rate them poor is their packaging of products. None of the packaging material except the cardboard box is recyclable in my area. They need to take some lessons from other retail delivery companies.

Everything well packed and the food was all we expected. Mozzarella and burrata not that fresh but ok. Such a pity we couldn't receive meat and fish as they don't deliver this kind of food in South East London (why?).

Regarding the meat and the fish, we are extremely careful regarding the quality of our goods and sometimes we prefer to avoid long journeys that could compromise their quality; this is why we choose not to deliver this kind of products to post codes that are too far away from our warehouse.
Anyway, we hope to see you soon again on our website to try new products and to enjoy the taste of Italy.

Very disappointed with the pastiera cake this year. Both the look and, most of all, the taste is below average.
Looks undercooked and quite tasteless. Low quality and definitely not worth the price paid for it (£18).
Far from the real pastiera napoletana.
Sorry guys but you can do much better than that!
I don’t recommend it.

I would just add some other Italian food to the already good selection available. I could not find my Ricciarelli biscuits and my Funghi Trifolati Logrò (two things that I miss from Italy), but I will definitely order again from Nifeislife.
