I had a 10 month old baby girl who was fully breastfed, suffered from itchy eczema and allergies, wasn't sleeping through the night and couldn't self settle. To make it worse she was about to start nursery and I needed to go back to work. Our Night Nannies Sleep trainer helped us change our day time routine with her, stopped breast feeding and made sure she was eating right to ensure her sleep in the night. Now my baby daughter is sleeping from 7pm-7am, can be put to bed in her own cot (awake without me aiding her to sleep), she can self settle if she wakes up in the middle of the night and to top it off is finally taking the formula milk! How our Sleep Trainer managed to fix so many issues blew my mind. It's all about trusting in their process - it 10000% works! What's more our Sleep trainer was always on hand to help with our questions, check on our progress, was super responsive and knowledgeable about everything to do with babies, and always gave me the encouragement I needed to be strong and stick to the plan set in place. All of which has been invaluable as our baby settles into her new routine. My baby is also so much happier and more comfortable as a result of the changes she helped us make. I highly recommend the Night Nannies service - they gave me and my husband our lives back!

I can’t thank Night Nannies enough for introducing us to L. She worked as our night nanny from the start of August 2023 for 12 weeks.
L was incredible. I was so anxious when she started. It’s a huge deal to handover the care of the most precious tiny being to someone you don’t know. L was so reassuring and patient with me while I learned to accept help from others.
L has a calm and unobtrusive manner. She is so gentle with babies, a real baby-whisperer. My husband and I would always look forward to a “nanny night” knowing we would be able to rest properly and ask all the little questions that were bothering us. We were helped to establish a night routine from the very start. As a result our little girl slept through the night from about 14 weeks - getting good rest is such a game changer when you are a first time parent. L helped us establish a good daytime napping routine too, and taught us how to be flexible with daytime sleep rather than rigid.
We had initially planned to have L help us for 6 weeks but she was so great we continued for 12 weeks! I can’t thank her enough for her support and encouragement. No matter if she arrived to find me beaming or sobbing, she was completely unflappable and always so supportive.
Using Night Nannies was a complete game changer and anyone considering using them definitely should.

Our nanny came to us when our daughter was 12 days old, she was wonderful from the moment she walked into our home. As first time parents she answered all our (most likely daft) questions, guided us expertly and made suggestions that ultimately resulted in us having a very happy and content baby.
The team in the office have also been wonderful understand our nanny needs and assigning us a suitable nanny, doing the hard work so we didn’t have to worry.

Whatever baby issue you want to overcome, search no more! Ive used them with both my kids and it’s VERY SUCCESSFUL! This is priceless!

Our nanny has been brilliant. She’s been coming to us once or twice a week for a couple of months now since our baby was a month old and has helped us through a very tough time. We’ve loved how trustworthy and non judgemental she is. She immediately put us at ease and is really responsive to our preferences. Her care is excellent and I think has really helped our baby get into some good sleep habits such as settling in the SNOO. Occasionally transport issues has meant that she’s been delayed but most weeks she arrives early and has been incredibly reliable. I would recommend her to anyone. The agency has also been great, very efficient and found us a great cover nanny very quickly when our usual nanny couldn’t be with us because of a family emergency.

We worked with many wonderful nannies in our first 6 months, a service I hadn’t realised was available before having a baby. It’s fantastic and so reassuring - as are the team at Night Nannies who thoroughly vet everyone and frequently host talks and training sessions with industry experts.

I can hardly express how much our longest term nanny saved us all. It was a very difficult time, we had just come out of hospital with our 4 month daughter having been put on a feeding tube for a rare reflux related feeding aversion. Her ex midwife experience and amazing IBCLC training came in, as well as her impeccable eye for cleanliness and incomparable work ethic. Living together and sharing the difficult responsibilities of your baby could be very difficult - but she was beyond considerate of the baby and mother bond, and also a delight to have around. Discrete and present at the same time. Thank you so much everyone.

We found a great night nanny through this agency. The agency was able to fill someone else in when our daughter arrived early. We loved our chosen nanny and would work with her again. There is a nightly agency fee plus a separate fee paid to the nanny directly.

She was very calm and confident with Rafael. She gave suggestions on how to improve Rafael’s sleep and helped to work on these. She was professional and friendly and I would highly recommend her as have other friends that have worked with her.

The agency provided a last minute nanny to help us look after our 10 week old son at our wedding.

She was just fantastic, from the moment she arrived I felt at ease and so did our son. She was super organised and looked after our son throughout the wedding, but brought him to us for photos etc but didn’t let him get too overstimulated. He even slept throughout the entire meal!

I cannot praise her enough, she made me feel at ease that he was in good hands allowing us to really enjoy our wedding. She has such a calm and organised approach.

Very excellent maternity nurse who assisted with our newborn son. Confident, experienced and relaxed. Highly recommend.

We contacted night nannies for help with our boys who were not sleeping. We were referred to an experienced night nanny who agreed to travel for a minimum of 7 days and asked for payment in full prior to travel (which we did). This nanny arrived and worked with one of our two children (in a not very considerate manner) and then when we asked for a refund for the second child we were told the money was gone. This nanny used our home as a retreat and wanted to pretend she was not in the house from day 4 and just send WhatsApp messages. We were given no guidance or advice on their departure and when her method was questioned we were told that we were subconsciously preventing our children from sleeping because as a child one of us slept with the door open. The agency has listened to our concerns but is unable to help us. Please be careful when using the agency and do not make any payment in full prior to nannies arrival. I am a client of night nannies and have been informed that the reason Katie cannot find me is because I’m listed under a different franchise on night nannies which I was not aware of.

Fantastic service and very professional. We hired two fantastic candidates from NN. One they were able to provide with 24 hours notice as our maternity nurse injured herself.

Excellent nannies! High knowledgeable which is exactly what we needed for first time parents caring for a newborn!

I wanna start saying that the sleep training was the best desicion i ever made, i was sceptical because i tought my baby was going to cry a lot and that gave a lot of anxiety, but im so glad it wasnt too bad, it went so well, our sleep trainer was a live saver, i was getting depresion from the lack of sleep, now both of us are in better mood, i already started recommending you, thank you so much for helping us.

Our night nanny was absolutely wonderful, thank you for recommending her! From the first night she joined us, when our baby was just 3 days old, she really helped us to build confidence, and get a lot more sleep in the early weeks. In addition to being a very experienced nanny, she’s also a ray of sunshine, and we genuinely loved having her in our home. She went above and beyond just being a night nanny - she gave me help and support with breastfeeding when I was struggling, and lots of other tips & advice.
