40 pounds in just 40 days!!!!! I did it!!!! Not only did I shed the weight, but my sleep apnea has nearly disappeared, my wife is incredibly grateful lol This program truly works!

For years, weight loss was impossible but the team here helped me shed 28 pounds in just around forty days! My chronic headaches are gone, and my sleep has improved so much. I feel more active and what mattered a lot for me - very supported. Dr. T was heartwarming - he truly cared about my progress and celebrated every milestone with me. The Best!!!!

BE very wary of NJ Diet/Nuvo Health. I paid $1,900 plus the fee for the lab test. I have been actively seeking a refund due to the lack of communication and lack of any services received after signing the contract with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health in September 2022. I have not even started the so-called program yet. ( I think the staff was on vacation) I got really bad vibes' that I've been scammed. I attempted to cancel the contract due to poor communication and lack of service but my requests were ignored. I LOST NO WEIGHT with NJ Diet/Nuvo Health. After I wrote an honest review of my situation on Trustpilot and Google. Dr. Arthur Turovets of NJ Diet flagged the review, threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove the reviews but also state I'll have a refund only after the reviews were removed offline. Needless to say, he had no intention of giving me a refund. It was one impossible request after another. LIES, LIES, LIES, LIES is what I get from NJ Diet/Nuvo Health. BE very wary of NJ Diet/Nuvo Health.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! The program changed not only my weight (I lost 29 pounds already) but contributed to a new mindset. I got a very new connection to my body and I feel what and when it needs. It is a mind-blowing experience that changes my life every day! I eat differently, but I definitely see myself and think differently as well. I sleep deeply and don’t have stomach pains, chronic headaches are also gone. I will be forever grateful to Dr. T for everything he taught me, I am amazed!

I loved the program and the attitude. Everyone was very supportive, attentive, and caring. Dr. T and Kirsten were very thorough to get to the root of my health problems and individualize the program for me. For these 40 days I easily lost 27 pounds, but what is more important is I feel much more active and alive, and my headaches and insomnia eased significantly. I lost 33 pounds in 40 days. That was over a year ago. I recently regained 8 pounds on a long vacation but I am back on track to lose that weight gain. The diet works, and the Dr does get back to you when you need him. But people need to know that this is a very strict, very rigid, extremely low calorie diet. I’m not sure how I was able to stick with it, but my hunch is that something in the supplements was an appetite suppressant. That’s fine with me. My weight, cholesterol, triglycerides, and A1C all dropped way down. Overall it was a good experience.

I started this program in July and since then I was able to reach my goal of losing 30+ pounds! I believe the health care professionals Dr T and Rohinea can take all the credit without hesitation. If not they I couldn’t keep to the program properly! I was also able to lower his blood pressure medications and don’t have insomnia anymore.

This is a fantastic program for those that struggle with health issues and weight loss. No good food, bad food - weight loss at your own speed fantastic be slow fast or super fast. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. Omg. Have slowly lost 32 pounds in a month and half. Really like it. Feeling better and better!

NJ Diet is helping me live again! Step 1, change of attitude, I can do it! I am loosing weight daily, exercising, have new energy levels, and feel more confident with every step. Even my husband came with me and is doing the program! He has lost 30lbs! and I've lost 20 lbs!
