NMC have managed a flat let for us in London for about 3 years and we have found Nairn and Kerrin to be really great managing agents for property ..... professional, hands-on and have line-up of good professionals such as plumbers, electricians, heating engineers. Always available and very professional interaction with tenants and ourselves as landlords. Responsive and don't get phased by any event. We would highly recommend to any landlord !

We recently purchased our own house, which is the only reason we're saying goodbye to NMC after 4 years. Having rented properties for more than 30 years both in Australia and London, I can say without a doubt that Nairn and Kerrin are the best agents I've ever rented through. The owners of the property were also fantastic, anything needing repair or replacement was authorised really quickly and the work done.
