I have bought multiple pieces from Noa Jewelry and always had the best experience between time of arrival and the great quality of the pieces I have purchased. I always get complimented when I wear her jewelry and I even bought my mom a bracelet and earrings for her birthday. The craftsmanship is unbeatable. I was so excited to learn that I won the giveaway from Noa! I seriously cannot wait to get the new floating diamond collection and wear it. Thank you for everything. I can't wait to see what else I can purchase next!

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me a broken pair of earrings that were basically made out of plastic. I mean, I’ve gotten higher quality jewelry out of a gumball machine. I paid over 100 dollars or a product I’ll never get to wear. I reached out to customer service 10+ times and nobody answers and don’t take returns. These people are scammers I’m sure they’ll be shut down soon because every single review says the same thing.

I wish I had conducted better research before purchasing. I never received my items and have filed numerous USPS claims in an effort to locate the items. I’ve been in constantly communication with their so called customer service team who just sends automated replies. Horrible customer service. Now fighting to get my money back!

I’m so tired of random Instagram Ads from fake companies like NOA jewelry. The 5 star reviews are clearly from NOA trying to cover the countless bad reviews. NOA- READ THE REVIEWS . Your customers aren’t happy . You basically robbed their money .

I ordered gold drop earrings two years ago and everyone compliments me on them. They look 100% like my 18k gold jewelry that I don’t want to travel with. I recently bought the gold graduated diamond necklace and it is Stunning! I received each in perfect condition and love that it’s woman-owned, as well!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The other negative reviews are not exaggerating about how difficult this business is to communicate with or to process a return. Worst shopping experience of any online shop I’ve ordered from.

The company is a fraud and probably isn't even based in the US. I was stupid enough to order twice; their designs are very appealing, and the quality vs price is OK. It should, however, be mentioned that photos of the jewellery are very exaggerated, especially when it comes to the actual size of a piece or the size of stones used. Their shipping is plainly horrible, and their customer service is even worse. It seems they take the extra money customers pay for express shipping, use a super cheap shipper, and keep the rest. This is clearly fraud!! Many people pay extra but never receive the goods on time, or not at all. I will report the company to the EU Anti-Fraud Board (OLAF) for fraud so they can be banned from doing any more business- at least in Europe.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER, THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDSTERS WHO JUST OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN YOURSELF. THE QUALITY OF THE JEWELRY IS UNSATISFYINGLY POOR FROM CHINA, VERY FAR FROM WHAT IS ADVERTISED!!!!! DELIVERY TOOK TOO LONG FOR THE SHITTY QUALITY YOU RECEIVE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Noa jewelry is the most gorgeous, well priced, and caring company. I’m not sure why the flood of nasty comments below… I’ve been a customer since the beginning and Aurelie Berdugo and her team have gone above and beyond for me and all of my friends. I send everyone to this company. I love that their pieces are waterproof and comparable quality to that of real jewelry. It makes me so sad to see some people had such negative experiences but I hope that this doesn’t deter anyone from purchasing because they won’t regret it. There’s always a few bad apples that ruin the bunch but pay no mind. Everyone I know loves Noa Jewelry and are returning customers. The quality is impeccable and she truly stands behind her products. I had something from years ago tarnish and the customer service team were so understanding and took such good care of me. By far my favorite jewelry line!!!! I hope Aurelie, the owner, knows how well loved her products are. I know she puts all of her love into everything she does and you can truly see that in the products and quality. Nothing compares!!!!

Quality pieces made to last throughout the years! I have had earrings, necklaces, and rings from NOA jewelry for over 6 years. Timeless pieces I always go back to for everyday or fancy occasions. Amazing quality and great service. Always looking forward to seeing the new collections.

There’s something about this brands jewelry that’s just Wow!! Every piece I’ve bought lights up my outfits. I love them all and will keep buying! I personally never had any issues with customer service or delivery.

I placed my order almost a month ago and it still hasn’t even been shipped. The tracking shows that the parcel has not been picked up by the carrier.

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times by email and social media and have received absolutely no response. I’ve now requested a full refund and still haven’t heard back.

This company is a scam. I never received my order. Sent countless emails to their customer service… no response !

Terrible! Zero communications but then I constantly get blasted with marketing emails. Items take over 2 months to arrive and not a single word from them.

Awful customer service- actually non existent. I ordered 3 earrings - paid for two day shipping . It’s now 17 days later - sent COUNTLESS emails to their support email and Instagram messages and still never received the earrimgs. Tracking with FedEx said it was never picked up . Beyond frustrating bc I really wanted the earrings. So bummed . I had to file a complaint with my credit card but literally tried about 50 times to figure this out with them before doing the chargeback.

paid 150$ for a pinky ring and it just completely rusted and they’re awful about customer service.. save your money for real sustainable jewelry!

My order was never received. I sent four emails asking for help and no one responded.

AliExpress quality customer service is hard to reach and when I asked to make exception and refund I won’t ever use their store credit, items are cheap and half price on AliExpress, they replied with a no, in two days not 24 hours like promised. Horrible shop I wish I read customer reviews before I purchased.

Aurelie Berdugo and Noa Jewelry is a scam. The deleted my comments on social media for help. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau (suggest you do too) and opened a dispute with my credit card.

First they said I couldn’t use my credit in a sale - that took them a month. Then they said to go ahead and buy and they’ll give me discount prices. So I did and they went silent. This is what scam artists do.

Honestly looks like a small operation, her business address is a home. Her imaginary glamorous life is clearly fake.
