I rely on the knowledge of Nock Deighton Lettings team. They respond to calls and emails promptly and offer helpful information and positive advice.
Particularly, Dawn Clarke, Laura Carlon, and Penny Watson assistance with exiting tenants.

I find my home check non intrusive. Sylvia is always polite and explains that she has to check alarms and condition of property I rent from Nock Deighton .

Sylvia Hames visits me every 6 months for a house visit, she is always friendly and doesn’t make the inspection feel uncomfortable. Very happy with the service i receive.

I wanted to leave a review for Nock Deighton and the lovely lady Viv Jones who has looked after the quarterly property /visits/reviews on the house I have rented for the last two years. She has always been very thorough, punctual and polite. Thankfully I have had few house issues but when I did, she was very quick to alert the landlord and thus rectify the problem swiftly.

Nock Deighton is doing an excellent job in property management by having dedicated and skilled professionals like Tracey Jones on their team. Tracey has been exceptionally responsive, professional, and friendly throughout my current tenancy. Her dedication and attention to detail have made my experience seamless and enjoyable. The company's commitment to tenant satisfaction is evident through their exceptional service.

Nock Deighton, and in my case specifically, Millie Hicks has been extremely helpful, kind and considerate on every step of the rental process, everything is clearly explained and any questions I had were answered with a refreshing swiftness.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Nock Deighton (and Millie) to anyone who wants to rent a property and not have to deal with really annoying agencies that just ignore you sometimes.

I’ve worked with Laura and her colleagues at Nock for a couple of years now. They are incredibly responsive to any issue that I or my tenants have and always deal with the issues responsibly and appropriately.
I’ve been particularly impressed at how quick and cost effective some of the repairs have been when sourced through the agent.

Tracey Jones has been our constant 'go to' point of contact for support in dealing with a range of issues that arise as a Landlord. Tracey exceeds all expectations in terms of her approach to customer service and focus and is is able to blend both courtesy and efficiency in dealing with all our tenancy requirements.

Moved into a Nock Deighton property back in October 23’, found the transition seamless and stress free. Any queries or questions i have are answered in good time by the helpful property management assistant, Tracey Jones.

Refused to tell me whether a property had a dishwasher before I underwent a credit check and had a viewing. I haven't got time to look at properties on the off-chance that they might fit what I require.

Which I'm actually grateful for, to be honest, because I've just collected the keys for a much better property where the agents were pleasant and didn't treat me like garbage.

Have recently gone through the process of renting a property through Nock Deighton.

A long and protracted process which has incurred unnecessary issue after issue. Issues and communications are continuing.

We are at pains to point out none of this is the fault of the landlords who do not live in the area. They have entrusted their property into the hands of Nock Deighton.

It is all down to incredibly poor and questionable communications, together with the expectation that we, as good tenants who are paying £1,550 PCM are expected to tolerate other people's obvious filth and dirt. This being in addition to questionable other issues relating to general standards which have passed safety regulations, instead of being listed as advisories on the relevant safety reports.

We refused to take over the tenancy initially after signing the agreement due to failing to be informed prior to paying our deposit about an issue with the gas fire, in addition to the property being completely filthy. We were assured a professional clean would follow. The oven has now been cleaned, the windows have been cleaned, a general wipe around and vacuum throughout. We have now moved in as we need somewhere to live.

The assessment process has left much to be desired and we have spent over a day submitting feedback and photographs online to show how the assessors report differs in the majority from the actual condition of the property. How can a smoke damaged ceiling (from a fire over six months ago), showing clear signs of a poor attempt at wiping making it even more obvious, be classed as a 'good' standard. It is perfectly clear this property has been subject to smoke damage - multiple signs of it have been left behind. Yet nothing is in the report?

An obvious leak from the central heating system was missed - how?

We contacted Nock Deighton over the weekend and have heard nothing at all, hence this review.

It is interesting to note that Nick Tart Estate and Letting Agents, also based in Telford, have completely fantastic reviews.

We will say Millie at the Telford office was fantastic.

We had ND advertise our flat and had a buyer in just a few days. As we had a tenant in situ, the process had its ups and downs, but they were very professional and I would like to mention Charlotte in the Kidderminster branch as she looked after us and she was very professional and went out of her way to keep the sale on track, even getting spare keys cut.
I must say we were more than happy with the service and once again many thanks to Charlotte for helping us through.
