Feel like a chump for not reading reviews first… Ordered the cherry drop earrings, and one of them fell apart the first time I tried to wear them. I’ve emailed and contacted them through the website, with photos, but no response. Avoid!!

Same feedback as others, earrings arrived and part of one is missing and they are unwearable.
Emailed twice with no reply and now sent a message via the contact us page on their website.

Fik aldrig min ordre og sidste opdatering på ordren var at et label var blevet oprettet.
Fandt også ud af igennem lige søgning at min pakke har vært i en pakke shop i lang nok tid til at i går var den sidste dag jeg kunne hente den og kan se at den er på vej tilbage til dem nu
Det skal også siges at det selvfølgelig er en måned siden at jeg bestilte her fra.

Why didn’t I read the reviews first? Kicking myself. Ordered the cherry earrings and they arrived with only one bar, so they can’t be worn as a pair. Very flimsy, bad quality. Have emailed but no reply. AVOID!!!

Ordered the cherry earrings - were delivered, but with the packaging damaged and part of one earring missing and another part damaged. Used the website contact form to log the problem - no response. Sent an email to the support email - no response. AVOID!!

Fake company - do not buy anything from them. I purchased a phone case and have not heard back from the company in any way.

Ordered cherry earrings. They arrived in a flimsy plastic envelope, broken and unwearable. (And also not wholly like the photos in the advert) Emailed the company to complain a week ago, heard nothing since. Not even an auto reply.
I usually check trust pilot reviews before buying- this time I didnt and wish I had!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
Received my order of 2 t-shirts today and they’re cheaply made, low quality items from china…not the 100% cotton I ordered.
They were for a gift but I would be embarrassed to gift these. I have requested a refund but reading other reviews I doubt I will get one.
Total scam!

The quality of the T-shirt I brought is so so bad! It was advertised 100% cotton and definitely not. Wish I red these reviews before buying.

There was no update when I ordered, and the delivery was sooo late. I then received the order and of course, like the service, it was terrible terrible quality. I’ve since followed website instructions and requested a return, but I’ve had no response or communication from anyone. Not on email or social media. I’m resolving this with my bank because I want my money back, I don’t want to keep this piece of garbage but clearly they don’t want it back it’s so poor ! The running of this company is so shocking it shouldn’t exist. Horrendous.

Only if you could rate 0. STAY away from this one! I ordered their Luna bag, and I received it after waiting for a decade. It’s NOT PU leather nor whatever they listed on their product descriptions, but some cheap plastic materials. Get the one from SHEIN; It’s a LOT cheaper with better quality than this piece of garbage.

Scam. They take your money and never send the product. They also ignore all customer service emails/messages. I’ve been waiting three weeks with total silence from them. I even tried reaching out on instagram, and they promptly deleted my comment and ignored my DM. I have reported to instagram and my cc company.

Ordered from them online, and got zero response after my order confirmation from almost 2 weeks ago. I emailed them asking when the order would ship a few days ago and also reached out through their website and on social media. Literally zero response at all. Do they even exist? Might just be a scam I don't know. If I don't hear in another 2 weeks I hope Shop.com might help. I want a refund!
