I ordered my curl essentials kit on November 29th of 2020. After a month of not receiving my package, I was skeptical about NoKnotCo and their validity. But, I gave the benefit of the doubt as we are in Covid times and I live abroad in the U.S. But I still didn’t receive it. So I reached out to NoKnotCo. And as soon as I reached out to Kaye, the customer service rep at NoKnotCo, my order was re-shipped! She was so thoughtful, empathetic, and helpful. I couldn’t ask for better.

As for the product, it is amazing! Truly made a difference for my 2c hair texture! Definitely worth the bucks!

It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my order!

Amazing product!! glides through my hair wet and dry so easily, this has cut my usual detangling time of around 5-10 minutes to about 1 minute. I have 2b/c curly hair that I only brush on washday and it doesn’t get stuck because of the bend in the bristles. Honestly amazing, well worth the purchase would highly recommend!

Glided through my hair (4a/b) and my daughter’s (4c) with no problem. The best detangler I’ve used yet. My 5 year old said “mom it doesn’t hurt at all”. So we’re definitely hooked.

I bought this for my daughter who has A LOT of thick, super curly, long hair. She absolutely loves it, it works a treat and detangles her hair so easily. I wish I had bought the kit but I will look out for the small rotation brush. Amazing brush 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I ordered the curl essentials kit. I’ve been wanting a shampoo brush for the longest time and I’ve been wanting to try the detangler brush as i have PCOS so my hair is thin and sheds a lot. I have found that I have less shedding when i use the detangler brush which I’m very happy about and the shampoo brush is quite therapeutic, its so gentle and relaxing. I’m pleased with that! The comb shocked me because it can actually part my hair, I literally have 1 comb that can part my hair where I have sharp, clean parts but this comb can part my hair and give me sharp clean parts so I’m loving this kit! And to top it off it all came in a stunning case so when i travel I have my essentials in one place. Thank you noknotsco, theres a reason why I hadn’t ordered this products before i learnt of your brand!

As someone with curly 3b/3c hair managing my curls and maintaining the health and condition of my hair is important and these hair tools are amazing at detangling effortlessly pre and post wash..... the shampoo brush is heaven and amazing purchase at a reasonable price
