I returned a bag to Nomatic but neglected to take out some valuable camera equipment that I needed right away. I texted them, and they not only found the items in my return but expedited their shipping return to me at no charge. Stellar experience, all around!

Iâve purchased many Nomatic products over the years, and they have always been stellar. Quality, design, durability, all of it has consistently impressed me. Thatâs why I keep coming back, and Iâm confident this latest purchase will be just as solid.
This time, I needed customer support because my discount code wasnât working. Blake stepped in and took the time to find a solution that felt fair and workable. I appreciated that he didnât just give a quick âcanât helpâ response. He actually worked the problem.
Then, after we had already wrapped up and said our goodbyes, I realized I had ordered the wrong color. I reached back out expecting it might be too late, but Blake immediately locked back in and handled the adjustment without hesitation. No frustration, no delay. Just calm, professional support.

Nothing about this bag fights me or becomes annoying with use. I purchased two additional bags, each of those represent the same quality and utility. (20-30L travel pack)

Excellent timeless backpack. I bought the 32L Navigator. Best material, compact, and looks very luxurious high quality. The shape and form doesnât wrinkled. I will give the bag a 5 star!
THEY BLOCK NEGATIVE REVIEWS
I love this company's bags and limited lifetime warranty on some parts of them. I order a hoodie and that's checked a lot of boxes too. Unfortunately the material of the hoodie's a bit trash and pilled up, looking old a ragged, inside of a month.
I emailed customer service, no response. And I posted a 2 star review of the hoodie to their website, verified my email (from which I've also ordered many times), and it wasn't posted. It would seem THEY BLOCK NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
Won't Leave Home Without It
My husband was an early adopter of the Nomatic backpack, but they felt a little masculine to me so I stuck with Tumi and other brands until I needed a more rugged option before heading to Mongolia this fall. Nomatic's smaller, updated design was intriguing and I bought the 14L black backpack. I carried it through the snowy mountains & dusty desserts on planes, cars, buses and camels. It performed perfectly under all conditions and looked great the whole time! I'm so happy with this product and know it will have my back ; ) through many more adventures!
Zippers are a nightmare!!
I have 2 Nomatic bags and both has zippers problems, I tried to contact the warranty department due to the brand says these items has âlifetime warrantyâ but they didnât fix them because my bags were a gift from my ex girlfriend and I donât have the tickets, I do have a register # REG-5658- but they didnât accepted, they just stoped answering my emails DONâT BUY NOMATIC PRODUCTS!!
The Outset soft-shell jacket is everythingâŠ
The Outset soft-shell jacket has honestly become one of my favorite things to wear. The color is amazing and I really love how comfortable it feels every time I put it on. Itâs lightweight yet still keeps me warm, which makes it super easy to wear in different situations.
The fabric moves so well with me and never feels stiff. It also feels really durable, like it can handle whatever I put it through without wearing out.
The fit is what surprised me most. It feels athletic in all the right ways while still looking polished and professional. I can wear it to work, out running errands, even just hanging out, and it always looks good.
Itâs one of those pieces that just works for everything and Iâm glad I picked it up.

Ordered a 20l backpack but was sent the 14l. Still waiting on a reply from customer service. Truly horrendous considering the price you pay.
Paid premium price for shipping but I had to pay extra to get home delivery
I paid $24 customs duty and $59 original shipping, which I fully understand. However, I was charged an extra $15 by the local post office because the shipper used a low-tier service that didnât include doorstep delivery. This was not disclosed and never happened with my previous orders. I request clarification and resolution.

I ordered from their refurbished section. They claimed full functionality. I was missing one of the zipper pulls and missing a divider. I sent them an email and filled out the online web help. I did not receive a reply at all. I had to go to the website and engaged their live chat. I was able to get a person and the person said I can get an exchange but when I went to the site it only offered refund. I opted to keep the bag and they sent me an extra divider. I had hoped they would be more responsive to issues.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have used my Travel Pack /20 L for 3.5 years now. It is a Daily bag. I'm in Sales and beat this bag up in and out of my vehicle, peoples office, trade shows, Travel etc. There is No Need to sell you on the bag and its design, it will speak for itself. I had one issue with a zipper, a week ago, I sent a picture to their warranty department and immediately received a response and a call tag to ship it back to them freight free. All I was hoping for was a zipper to be fixed and I would still rock the 3.5 year old bag, because it still had some life because of the quality. They ended up sending me a Brand New Bag and completely replacing my old purchase. That was so painless and straight up great to see customer service doing what is right and even over the top. Don't worry about the sticker price on the bag, It seems steep but you get what you pay for with the quality and the customer service. Don't tell Nomatic, but I would pay way more for the bag if I knew how solid the transaction and bag warranty would be. Solid company. Lastly, The Tech bags are amazing too. Favorite thing about the bag is before you board a flight, do the strap tuck inside the pocket so you can hold it and carry it without the shoulder straps getting hung up on the plane seats. NOMATIC makes a great product and stands behind their warranty. I have a 3-year old backpack that needed a small repair. After receiving it NOMATIC sent me a brand new replacement within a few days of receiving my old backpack.

Bought a Nomatic Travel pack last week for roughly 330$+
After a week, they had a huge sale where the bag was 95$ off and any purchase made gets a free toiletry bag for free.
Sad that I missed on the promo, I emailed support in hopes of being able to atleast get either a price match or the toiletry bag.
Lo and behold, support was very fast to address my concern and provide me with a refund for the price difference as well as a free toiletry bag.
This is amazing customer service and I am definitely happy with the company and will surely recommend them to friends.

Best investment I've made to protect gear!
Probably the best investment I've made to protect my gear! I literally use it 5 days a week all year round. I'm a traveling videographer for a marketing company and I got everything I need from one SLR with a lens, a drone, 3 lights, phone rigs, a gimbal, and action cams. Customer service just elevated the whole experience. The attention to client support is bar none just like the attention to detail on the products. I'm a fan! Quality products and quality service. One of the zippers broke down after daily abuse (No Joke) for over 2 years and they sent a replacement immediately because they stand behind their products. LOVE THEM!
Slow order process
On October 10th Nomatic asked for an honest review of the purchase I made on October 6th and I told them. When I checked today, October 16th, my honest 1* review hadnât been posted.
It wasnât until October 10th that I received acknowledgment of my order and it wasnât shipped until the 12th. Very slow response times in my opinion.
The companyâs CS rep said both the order acknowledgement and delivery timeframes are within Nomaticâs guidelines. Much too slow in my opinion compared to top performing companies like LL Bean and Bluffworks.
Please note Nomatic applies an extra charge if you want to make a âfreeâ return/exchange, something no other company Iâve ever dealt with has done.
The order was delivered at 9:02 pm CT per an email I received.
I will update my review after Iâve tried on the pants.
