Honestly had amazing service from start to finish.
As this was our first time doing umrah as a family with young children we were quite nervous but Amara stayed in contact throughout our journey guiding us. We definitely be using Noori Travels again soon Insha Allah.

Had my umrah visa issued in just a week or so just posted my passport to them and everything else was through the phone smooth and easy really appreciate Amara for sort me out. I recommend them fully plus the experience was 10/10 they will not let you down inshallah.

Amazing experience going to Umrah twice with Noori Travels, prompt service, always on hand when needed and Ammarah always there on phone 24/7. Our lagguage was lost first Umrah but Noori Travel made sure it reached us safely within 24 hours in our hotel room.
Excellent service in UK and Saudi Arabia, cant wait to travel with them again In Sha Allah very soon.

Fantastic experience with Noori travel, we went in covid and we’re unsure of what the requirements are and what we needed, sister Ammarah made sure she we had the right documents, we were assisted by her in our travel, picked up by private transfer, checked in, given all the correct advise, we also had a brother as our dedicated contact who came to see us everyday and made sure we were enjoying the experience, due to the documents we were able to preform 4 Umrahs, the ziarat in Makkah and medina were by a private driver assisted with a tour guide.

The whole experience was 10/10 and we are looking forward to Hajj with Noori travel InShAllah.

I paid £180 for a narda card. Fast track. 7 weeks later I'm still waiting

I booked my hajj 2020 before the Covid pandemic in early february and am still waiting for a refund 11 months on. Almost all tour companies have refunded payments to their customers, Noori travel is an exception. Poor performance. Don't book with them.
