great socks. second time to reorder. they do take a while to get delivered, so be patient.

I have bought several sets of these socks for myself and as gifts for relatives! Everyone loves them. The colors and patterns are bright and eye-catching I often get compliments when wearing them in public. Shipping times can vary, just be patient, they are great socks!

No tracking number, no estimated delivery timeline, it’s been 14 days and still nothing. Save your money. Emailed a week ago and assured it’s in transit but update page saying they’re still processing.

Most uncomfortable socks I’ve tried in a last 40years. Quality is horrible, (equal to chinese)I do not reccomend it to anyone. Waste of money and time. Now they fully ignoring me when I want to return. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THEM!!! Complete SCAMMERS!!

Ok so I ordered mine on the 11th dec 2023 & they arrived on the 20th dec 2023.

They’re great socks , could have done with slightly bigger but not bad at all …
Perhaps they should make a XL.

The only down side I’ve experienced is lack of Communication & I didn’t get a shipping number to track …

Under no circumstances buy from these cowboys. They take your money and don’t deliver the product. When you question them and ask for an explanation they just give you basic spiel about trying to track stuff. They are cowboys.

Placed an order on the 5th December. Still haven't received a tracking number and no delivery date confirmed. When I tried to cancel the for a refund, they take no responsibility for the order and say as the order is already with their external mail order company, they cannot cancel the order. Utter rubbish. Don't give them you're money, go elsewhere.

Socks look just as pictured. Warm and soft. Had to order another set because I loved the first ones so much. They are my winter socks.

Bought as Christmas presents as look lovely in photos, but disappointingly cheap synthetic feel - so straight to charity shop

I ordered 2 pairs of socks on the 3rd December as presents for family. Today is the 14th and still no socks. I emailed Norsome on the 8th to say I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation email to which they replied I could expect one soon! It shouldn’t take over a week to process the order. I then messaged on the 12th December to say I still don’t have shipping confirmation. They replied with apologies and ensure me they are already in transit and should be with me soon but still no order confirmation number or tracking details. I still haven’t received the socks and won’t be holding my breath. I fear I have been scammed.
Also I must add I looked up the company on here before I ordered and reviews were generally ok but it seems since the beginning of December almost every review is bad, and for the same reason.
Hopefully the socks will be delivered then I will update this review, but for now I would say to anybody thinking of ordering from them - DONT !!

Be careful if needed in reasonably quick time. Seems to be a very long delivery time which I wouldn't expect, especially paying £4.99 for a small package of socks!! Currently been 9 days. Can't say much about sock quality yet, but don't order now for Christmas or you need them quick.

Ordered on Dec 1st. Now 13th and still hasn't been shipped. Refusing to cancel the order because "it's been processed". Have emailed back pointing out their 30 day return guarantee, I have said I will return them so save yourselves the money on postage. I'm now wondering if its a scam and not even a clothing company at all? Waiting to hear their reply....

Placed order on 2nd December received confirmation email telling me that they would email again once shipped.......
Today is the 10th December and still no email saying they have even shipped.
Today I have emailed complaining and asked for an immediate refund, if this doesn't happen I will be going to trading standards.
Over a week to process an order in 2023 is unheard of when you could order similar elsewhere and get it next day.

Horrible customer service been fighting with company since October on an order that was cancelled and disputed the charges. NO contact other than email and I have 20 plus where they offered to resend and verify address and are as of today Dec 1 wanting to again send me socks when I already bought And got comparable items with Amazon in two days. DO NOT ORDER from this company

Haven't received my socks. I am reviewing the delivery and customer service. Norsome have had a week and haven't yet 'processed' my order. As their shipping time is '4-16 business days' (!!!) I have asked to cancel the order as I now don't have time to receive them. Norsome is refusing to cancel the order. Appalling service, buyer beware.

I placed order but needed to cancel, I emailed 12 hours after order on a weekend and they refused saying order been despatched. A day later I get a email saying it's despatched after my request to cancel.
The say you can return it, to Florida which will cost a fortune

Quality. Just wish the kids size came in cotton!

These soft and comfy socks will be put to good use during the winters in MN. Thank you!
