Kvalitetsvare og hurtig levering.

Ordered a couple of pieces as a gift for my boyfriend, he loved them! The quality is really great and the the pieces look exactly as pictured.
Unfortunately, the link on the bracelet I had gotten broke off. Customer support was amazing, I used the chat option and talked with Anders, he was super helpful and in no time the item was replaced and shipping was set up. So all in all, good quality, fast shipping and great customer support

Shipping was fast, the ring looks amazing. Quality is above what I expected and this is now a daily wear piece

Excellent customer service! Over a year ago, I ordered a ring that turned out to be too big, and changing the size happened seamlessly despite ordering from a different country. Now, over a year later, the color of the natural stone unexpectedly changed, so I contacted the company. They apologized for the issue and without asking offered to send me a new ring as a replacement. The matter was handled promptly and the new ring was on its way within a day.

I usually don't write reviews but these guys deserve it. I placed a few orders over the years (mostly rings and necklaces) and it was always good quality. Also a fair price I'd say. Once I actually got the wrong order on accident, but they fixed it within a day. Nothing to say but good words so far.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I'd surely do. Northern Legacy is a fabulous firm, and their co-owner, Kian, is amazingly supportive: we had an issue with the delivery which Kian got promptly sorted out. Not to mention the outstanding quality of the jewellery. We've purchased many items and we are highly satisfied. We'll surely purchase more items of jewellery from this brand. Thank you Northern Legacy, also thank you Kian, Maria.

Veldig fornøyd med ringen og kjedet! God kvalitet og robust.

We bought a second necklace from Northern Legacy because my husband thought he lost the first one which we got two years ago. Found the first one (which is in great shape) which he wears daily. Keeping the second just in case! Great products and great service.

Knald god service!
