Great range online. Received the item I ordered quickly, no issues at all.

This site popped up on Facebook so i checked on trustpilot which had a poor rating of 1.2 ! But when I looked at the details the majority were 5 stars . I think trustpilot have made an error for this one so I ordered a jumper as a test.
Great price, great jumper and quick delivery.

I cannot log in to the site to buy clothing .. I reached out to the admin, but got an irrelevant response that did not fix my login issues! I am guessing they do not want my business, and reading these reviews not sure I want to do business with them!

Sent the wrong trainers (a cheaper pair) it took 10 days (I notified them on the 18th) to send me an email and the label sent is incorrectly formatted so can’t be used. They responded to say a replacement would be sent but as of now (4th dec) I have not received that so am still out of pocket with no trainers. Terrible service

Have to say ordering and delivery all good. However, like all these discount stores they don't like you sending stuff back and make it difficult. What really upset me was they that charged me twice for postage for 2 items that were sent back in the same package. I knew I had to pay return which I'm good with but hitting me twice is REALLY POOR. Only use if you defo know your size as they rip you off on return.

Don't often go in Northern threads even though it's on my doorstep. Have to say they do a great sale (50%) off the full price and most sizes available. I got a half price MA Strum overshirt that caught my eye and the shop owner advised on the better fitting size between the large and medium. Defo recommend this place also the shop is worth a visit as the website pictures don't do some products justice. Good work lads.

Got 2 Fred Perry and 2 boss t shirts from there store this morning. Lovely shop with loads of t shirts to chose from, but more importantly excellent customer service got a bit of a beer belly now so like to try on and am dead fussy about the fit, the gent who served me was great and made it actually enjoyable, a normally hate shopping. Definatly be back

Excellent service unfortunately had to return the jacket as it wasn’t the right fit but again no problems encountered other than having to pay for return

Not value for money - first we assumed postage free for full price item as indicated but a spend discount on the site prevented this (misleading). Refund saw £7.50 deducted - no idea why and an email to your help desk was ignored. Very poor service and will not use again.
