They did a stunning job. They clearly have a lot of experience and a high sense for detail. I am very meticulous and precise when it comes to my house, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. You're in very good hands.

From our initial enquiry about replacing a very old bedroom sash window in keeping with Victorian house that no longer opened, to final fitting, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Communication was great and the process simple - the company came to measure up, made the new window to look like the old one and fitted it in a matter of hours several weeks later. The window itself is fantastic - looks lovely and works smoothly. Our fitter, Henry, was incredibly efficient and simply got on with the job while I got on with my day. The room after was as tidy and clean as if nothing had been done. I couldn’t be more pleased or recommend the company more highly. Will certainly use again when the next sash window needs doing. Great service from start to finish. I was dreading the whole process and put it off for a long time. The window fitting was very straight forward, the whole process was. The quality is amazing and it looks and works perfectly. I would definitely only use this company going forward.

The on-site team were always very friendly and helpful and did their work thoroughly with skill and excellent attention to detail. Although the installation took a little longer than originally intended, we are very happy with the outcome which was completed in July 2026.

Luke, Mark and the team did a fantastic job replacing our Victorian garden door together with side glass panels above the door and on the sides. From the start Luke was quick to respond to my questions and was polite and patient, giving me lots of detailed information including graphic drawings of the replacement door.
When the day came for the installation, Henry and Sammy arrived early, removed the old door and side panels and installed the new one all in one day! They were friendly, easy to talk to, efficient and caring. The work went smoothly and they left the room clean and tidy. The door and side panels look beautiful. The design is just like the original one except sturdier, more secure with good locks and is doubleglazed. Thank you NLBS team.

Very bad service, using cheap materials

Luke & the fitting team managed the survey, quote & installation of our new sash windows seamlessly, the mess was kept to a minimum & once completed the walls were made good & ready to paint.

I was a furniture maker running a workshop with 12 makers, so I know what I was looking for. The quality the fittings, the materials were hundred percent perfect. No fuss on installation.

This is the second time we have used the North London Box Sash Window Company.
We were so pleased with the work that it was a no-brainer to ask them to do the rest of the house.

The windows have transformed the house both aesthetically and in terms of comfort.
No more drafts, noise, and rattly old sashes.

The new windows are perfectly in keeping with our Victorian house, but with all the advantages of factory engineering for a precision fit.

The team at NLBSWC were incredibly polite and hardworking. Always extremely tidy with great attention to detail. I would describe them as real craftsmen.

Definitely recommend! NLBS provided a competitive quote - after we compared five. They came round and measured everything necessary within about half an hour. Once everything was made, fitting four windows took three days. The service over those three days was excellent and the quality of the windows and the work was fantastic.

North London Box Sash replaced sash windows in our bathrooms, The windows are lovely, perfect replicas in our Edwardian house. The process was easy from beginning to end, and the windows were fitted with hardly any disruption to our home. The cost was also substantially cheaper for equivalent windows from other companies. We are very happy with the result.

North London Box Sash provided an excellent service in replacing a couple of very worn casement windows at a very reasonable cost. The team were able to carry out the work without scaffolding and were done within a few hours. A great job all round!

I couldn’t rave more enthusiastically about North London Box Sash if i was shouting it from our beautiful new sash windows! We had to get three sash windows replaced and I was dreading the disruption, mess and cost. But the whole process of getting our new windows installed with NLBS has been a dream: from my initial enquiries with Luke, who was very patient with all my questions and the time it took for me to commit, making a real effort to send me detailed information about their work, materials, energy specifications and past projects, which made me feel really confident about them from the beginning; to Mark who came over very swiftly to do the survey; to Henry and Przemek who came to take the old windows out and fit the new windows in. They were so respectful of our property, really neat and tidy, hardworking and efficient, and their work is beautifully seamless with a detailed eye, perfectly matching the new windows to the existing structure, and of a really high professional standard. The new windows are of premium spec quality, from the wooden frames to the glass in the double glazing to the opening/closing mechanisms and hardware, beautifully made and finished and it’s immediately noticeable how much more energy efficient they make each room. I now can’t wait to eventually get all our windows redone - couldn’t recommend highly enough.

North London box sash fitted our wooden double glazed sash windows recently. We have been very happy with the service from beginning to end. Communication has been excellent throughout via Luke, providing good continuity. The survey was booked in and carried out by Mark in good time. We received a detailed quotation quickly and were given an approximate fitting date so we could plan accordingly. Maciek and Przemek fitted our windows efficiently and were very clean and tidy. We had minimal cleaning and decorating to do once they had gone. We are really happy with the end result!
