Hatte die North Wave Spider 3 Fahrradschuhe bei Rose gekauft. Der Schuh ist in seiner Passform sehr hart. Habe jetzt nach ca.1500km das Problem das mir die Ferse schmerzt, weil der Schuh einfach nicht geschmeidiger wird.
Auf Anfrage ob es da die Möglichkeit gibt die Schuhe weicher zu bekommen wurde ich direkt an den Hersteller verwiesen. Der Hersteller NorthWave verwies mich nach Anfrage wieder an Rose.....Das war es, ich werde in Zukunft bei keinen dieser Anbieter noch mal was kaufen.

ProblÚme de livraison et commande inconnue
A la suite d'un problÚme de livraison avec Chronopost qui avait généré un mauvais QR code pour le retrait de mon colis, Northwave n'a pas été capable de me transmettre le bon QR code (ce qui était possible d'aprÚs Chronopost). En considérant que Northwave peut se défendre en disant qu'ils ne sont pas responsables des problÚmes de livraison, ils m'ont en revanche signalé par email que ma commande n'existait pas !
Conséquence : n'ayant aucun moyen de retirer mon colis qui se situait pourtant juste derriÚre la porte du relais, le colis est reparti en Italie (quelle absurdité...). J'ai donc demandé un remboursement et 15 euros ne m'ont pas été remboursés, ce qui n'est pas normal compte tenu du contexte.
Conseil pratique : ne pas passer par le site de Northwave pour commander un article de la marque (via Amazon, le processus s'est parfaitement bien passé).

Sono in possesso di un paio di scarpe Mountain bike XC 4 Extreme, mi sono arrivate in regalo l'estate scorsa, dopo poco si Ú rotto un boa di chiusura e sono andato al rivenditore di zona (Conegliano Veneto) per chiedere la riparazione giustamente pagando, in quanto i miei cugini abitano in una regione diversa e non volevo scomodare il mondo per una riparazione semplice,
Benissimo da i primi di ottobre 2025 mi sono state rese indietro oggi dicendomi che se volevo potevo comprare un paio nuovo, senza essere riparate, asserendo che la Vs azienda non ripara le proprie scarpe....
Mi sembra fantascienza che una scarpa modello di punta di una azienda non venga riparato il sistema di chiusura che avete voi in brevetto

J'ai demandé à modifier ma commande via votre formulaire web, en joignant le PDF et les références produits. Trois jours plus tard, le service ecommerce de Northwave.it m'a redemandé ces mêmes informations, que je leur ai renvoyées le jour même. Au final, je n'ai obtenu aucune réponse de leur part et j'ai reçu ma commande initiale, sans les modifications demandées, une semaine plus tard.
