I've got an older Nilfisk C110.4 which has been very reliable until it began leaking oil. Like many others, trying to find a supplier for spares was tricky but I came across these guys and their website and service was excellent. I now have a fully functional washer for a fraction of the price of a brand new one. Will certainly use again.

Had some trouble with the first order not arriving but Chris's communication was excellent and the replacement part was sent out as soon as it was back in stock and arrived with no problems.

I made the mistake of buying a "special" Nilfisk pressure washer from Argos - you know the sort of product, its a model made only for that big retailer. It started leaking oil and I had not managed to track down any information about it until I contacted North West Power Washers. They were very helpful, identified the correct seal kit and provided it in a timely manner considering the current situation.

Highly recommended.

Following a difficult time trying to find a nilfisk parts supplier open for business,came across this company who were very helpful in diagnosing my C120.2 faults and supplying the parts suitable in effecting the repair

Steve from North West Power washers has been fantastic, we’ve had a real problem child in the form of a Neptune 4-28 with a heap of issues and he’s helped us diagnose and supply parts all the way. Quick delivery, really helpful staff and great industry specific knowledge. If you have a pressure washer, you need this company phone number written on the machine somewhere!

Replacement power washer lance ordered and received very promptly at a great price.

I subsequently had an issue with one of the clips breaking and on contacting North West Power Washers they offered to send out a replacement lance. Great customer service, many thanks!
