Just perfect 😊

I ordered a Parka for my husband it was a thing from the 80s for us. When it arrived it was perfect. Perfect fit and exactly as was ordered. Fast shipping to Ireland. We loved it soooo much we ordered another in navy. 😂 ❀

Avoid this online store

The item I ordered took 5 weeks to arrive (which is ridiculous) and when it finally did arrive, the garment had a strange odour because something had been spilt over the plastic that the garment was wrapped in. Never ordering anything from Norvine again. Avoid them at all costs!

Shipping to Australia can indeed take longer in some cases, especially due to customs processing — and yes, we do ship all the way from Europe, which is quite literally the other side of the world.
Please also keep in mind that we offer free international shipping, which is rare these days.

Regarding the issue with the packaging: we truly have no idea what could have caused the odour or stain you described. We certainly don't send out any items in that condition, and all our products are packed clean and new. It’s possible something happened in transit, but we can only guess.

We want to assure you that this is an isolated incident, not reflective of the standard we aim to provide.
Of course, we understand your frustration, and we’re sorry that this was your first impression of us.

I absolutely love the bag I got

I absolutely love the bag I got! I've always relied on tote bags, but I wanted to find something a bit more elegant while still being functional. When I stumbled upon the ad on Instagram, it really caught my attention! The fact that it’s made from vegan leather makes it even better. It looks just as stunning in person as it does in the photos. It's a beautiful, elegant, and practical bag that has plenty of compartments and space. I genuinely recommend it!

In Ihrem Fall wurde die Bestellung jedoch Ìber einen externen Marktplatz getÀtigt, und dort gelten die RÌckgabebedingungen des jeweiligen Anbieters.

BezÃŒglich der Lieferzeit in die Schweiz möchten wir uns entschuldigen – lÀngere Lieferfristen sind vor allem in der Weihnachtszeit leider nicht immer vermeidbar.
