Why are we, your clients, unable to place positions when we see trading opportunities early in the morning? You don't even inform us when there is a problem.
We are really struggling as clients, and I believe your service should be improved. We paid for these accounts, yet we are unable to take positions when opportunities arise. These are not giveaway accounts; they were purchased with our hard-earned money.
This situation is very frustrating and disappointing. Please improve your service and communication with your clients.

Amazing support system by [Nostro


Amazing support system by [Nostro Market] — if your goal is to test a customer’s patience instead of solving problems.

Won a giveaway for a 10K 3-Step account, got the code, and surprise: the code was invalid straight from the beginning. Never claimed it, never used it, yet somehow the only thing functioning perfectly here is the automated “please wait 24–48 hours” response.

Contacted support THREE times. Every single time: “We escalated it to the technical team.” Apparently this “technical team” exists in another dimension because they never reply, never update, and never solve anything.

One support agent even told me I “wasn’t in the last batch of giveaway winners” and warned me not to use “someone else’s code” — despite me literally providing screenshots of THEIR email, THEIR sender address, timestamps, and proof that the code was officially sent to me.

Then came the elite-level troubleshooting:
“Refresh your browser.”
“Clear history.”
Right, because browser cache is definitely responsible for your backend generating invalid giveaway codes. Brilliant.

And the Discord server somehow makes the experience even worse. A FIFTEEN-MINUTE cooldown just to send a message in general chat while support agents take forever to respond with the same scripted copy-paste lines. At this point the cooldown works faster than the actual support team.

Honestly, if the live support can’t solve basic issues, gives contradictory information, and only repeats “wait 24–48 hours,” then maybe just remove the live support entirely because right now it feels completely useless. Same goes for the so-called “technical team” that apparently escalates issues into a black hole where they disappear forever.

Zero accountability. Zero communication. Endless waiting. The giveaway was great for marketing and engagement, but redeeming the reward feels impossible.

One of the most frustrating and unprofessional support experiences I’ve had with any prop firm.

Poor Me, Stay Away

Worst propfirm ever !
Cheap price doesn't mean Scam, unless it's Nostro,
All rule is done just for you to lose, not to be disciplined or whatever,

The only prop with 21 spread on EU, like come on guys, swap, fees, everything is there for you to get 0 profit, consistency and profit split according to it ?

The only prop with 4-5 migration, but 1 compensation only, but blocking discord and firing aimable MOD,

The worst ? SL rule, automatique without review, they said we have 1 minute, but we don't, we directly have to put the SL while placing the trade, rules have changed it's ok, but blaming me on that when I respect your 1 minute,
No review on your long term historic trade, how you've been trading with them for long, just basing themself on 2 trades,

I opened, It closed immediately, I open second, I closed immediately, because I didn't know about the SL, they saved 2 soft breach even it's not more than 1 minute, and today should be my first soft breach because my first error was to open lot 1, it autoclosed immediately, saying I risk more than 2%, the trade taken 20$ on a 5k ...

I am sad and even happier that it breaches, because I don't have to trade with you again and beg for respects, and anything a trader deserves,

I got the giveaway from the batch, after seeing rules, I think it's better to trade on my demo account than this poor account

It's okay, I know Nostro from the start was too poor but now it is very obvious,

Good luck to all trader there, Nostro is about to close because of lack of management, everything there is poor :

Poor rule
Poor payout
Poor propfirm

Don't even bother yourself answering this as you can't even do real support on your customers'problem, just stating fact isn't support, when can you learn that ??

SCAM ALERT NOSTRO This is a scam


SCAM ALERT NOSTRO This is a scam prop firm. They only take people’s money and apply meaningless rules just to show the account as breached. Whenever you contact support, they simply say, “Your account has been breached, sorry, it will remain deactivated.” Such a scam company they steal money from people.

This is a fraudulent prop I wonder why they are still allowed to operate. Who regulates this prop company Immediately I placed trade I got kicked out saying I didn't use stop loss. Meanwhile all my trades I usually put stop loss. I demanded for a summary of all my trades from them so I can see the ones they clsiyi didn't use stop and till today I haven't gotten any response. This people are fraudlent and they need to be stopped. They are frustrating trader making trading entirely hard and sophisticated. Please this company shouldn't be allowed to operate

They’ll do everything to take your account

They’ll do everything they can to take your account.. I got stopped even before placing my stop and I was accused of taking trades without a stop loss. It’s more funny when you see the execution.. most importantly, why close my trade (market order) before I even get a chance to place a stop? Stay away people!!

I had a very disappointing experience


I had a very disappointing experience with Nostro. My payout was rejected, and the reason given was “rule breach.” However, this issue was communicated to me 9 months after my trading activity, which raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

If there was a genuine rule violation, it should have been communicated immediately — not months later when a payout is requested. This delay makes the process feel unclear and unreliable.

As a trader, we follow the rules and expect the firm to maintain the same level of professionalism and timely communication. Unfortunately, this experience has damaged my trust in their payout system.

FALSE PAYOUT REJECTION.

After trading with Nostro Markets, being profitable. for the last two weeks i have been on the leaderboard (No.1 and No.10) they rejected both my payouts. today i requested a payout and it was rejected for news trading. i traded US30 during CAD CPI but CAD NEWS isnt related to USD indices but affects CAD indices. all other prop firms(fundingpips and holaprime) i trade with doesn't consider Trading US30 during news trading. i have all the proof. the payout rejection was unfair.

Hello

Hello, please read carefully. Nostro has already collapsed and I no longer trust them.
About 7–8 months ago, there was a problem with their server and we could not trade for nearly 4–5 months. In the following months, constant spread widening and crashes of servers and sites did not stop.
Then they closed Discord so that we couldn’t voice our complaints. After that, they secretly introduced a rule requiring stop-losses in order to pay out less, even though this rule was not mandatory before.
It has now been almost one year, and their Discord chat is still not open — you can go and check it yourself if you want.
Most importantly, compensation was promised, but a full year has passed and no compensation has been paid.
They are deceiving us.

Nostro used to be great

Nostro used to be great, but they’ve recently added a 50% Consistency Score even to the Evaluation phase. I hit the 10% target on day one, but I’m now forced to take unnecessary trades just to satisfy this new rule. This change only serves to trap traders and increase market exposure. It’s no longer a firm for professional, high-performance traders. This will be my last challenge here.
