I had a issue with my bmw ccc unit. I found Nova car tech and sent my unit off to them, hoping they could rectify the problem.
Sami and the guys at Nova car tech where great... informed me of every step of their diagnosis with video evidence and messages. Super fast turn around and overall good guys.
I will recommend them to anyone having issues with their BMW ccc or cic uni.

I rarely write reviews unless service was exceptionally good or exceptionally bad!! On this occasion I was super pleased with Sami's expert knowledge, clear communication and ultra fast turnaround time in fixing and re-coding my F33 HK amp. He even helped re-fit back into my car. Thanks again.

Around June 2024 I got ripped off by this guy charging me around £800 quid to repair a amp that's was working fine the fault was in the car stereo fuse was blown he didn't tell me the truth and ripped me off big time .

I have sent 2 radios for repair recently and Sami has dealt with them both very promptly and at reasonable cost Thank you

Posted lexus radio from n ireland on monday and had it back repaired on thursday. Excellent service and helpful information about any problems.

really quick turnaround and great communication. I had my amp back fully working in 3 business days.

The multi media system died on my old Prius, Toyota said it was unfixable and quoted for a completely unaffordable new one. Luckily I found Novacartech and Sami repaired it within 24 hrs. He is easy to deal with, honest and a genius when it comes to electronics. 100% recommended.

Just want to state firstly that there is always two sides to a story for others who will read his review. Please make sure that you also bear in mind all the other positive feedbacks.

On the invoice that all of our clients receive it clearly states that there is 6 months warranty on all repairs on the same fault excluding water damaged repairs. This is a universal rule and it’s been set due to the nature of the fault.
If clients are not happy with this, they are able to say so before the repair takes place.

It’s unfair to expect another free repair on something that has been caused by the customer themselves. If a unit becomes water damaged again, it is not because our initial repair had anything wrong with it but the customer not learning from their first mistake of for example leaving their convertible roof retracted in rain.

It’s as if going to Apple for a repair on a broken screen, dropping your phone again and demanding another free replacement.

From what we recall, the unit was sent back to us after around three months. When we opened the parcel, the burning smell of the main board was very prominent hence why the unit was beyond repair. The main board was completely burnt due to being left with the water damage for some time.
You stating that this happened after the 6 months warranty was finished has no relevance as the damage happened again due to your own fault and not ours.

Again if you go to Apple for a screen replacement and then drop your phone in front of them, would you ask for another free replacement and state that their product is not good even though you made the mistake of dropping your phone ?

Either way, we appreciate all our customers and strive to provide the best service we can however in this instance the simple fact is that this customer was expecting something unrealistic and unreasonable and wanting to push the blame on us for something they had caused.

The sat navigation, radio, cd console in my 12 year old VW golf had an fault and eventually died leaving me with a blank screen and silence. Novacartec took the unit out one day contacted me with the faults and a price to which I ageed. They repaired it and fitted it back the following day. You couldn't wish for better service.

We sent a Toyota Hylux head unit for repair. All I can say is this company is incredible. The communication was instant. The repair was done and delivered back to us in less than a week. It's back installed in the car and all is fine. Thank you for all your help.

Spent £450 to repair liquid damaged BMW HK AMP with 6 months warranty worked fine literally warranty finished by 1 or 2 weeks AMP stopped working.

Sent the AMP company said its beyond repair and he doesn't give warranty on water damaged repairs.

He should make things clear before customers spend £450 on a repair that just lasted 6 months.

What a waste of £450!!!

DONT repair any water damaged products its a waste of money and company was no help.

At the begining of the year my CIC radio, with professional navigation (upgraded from factory), in my 2011 BMW 1 series decided it would start rebooting itself. And after changing the DVD drive and harddrive myself, I took the car to BMW who quoted my £2,000 for a new headunit. However, during the hours i wasted on google, I finally found Sami of Nova Car tech. Having chatted to Sami on whatsapp, I drove up on the Saturday, the 70 miles to see him. Following a quick further discussion, he said he had a good idea of what the issue was. I removed the headunit and left it with him. On the Tuesday I get a whatsapp from Sami with a video showing me the radio working and telling me it was all done. Aparently, its some sort of microchip that can go, so he had to replace it. The headunit is back in the car are so far so good. He even gave a 6 month warranty on his work. Sami you are an amazng genius. Thank you so much for the fast healpful service you provide. Guy is you get this far he does all makes of cars not just BMW and minis and his skills are not limited to the he also does things like comboxes. Thank you Nova car tech you have made me a really happy boy as I rely on my Satnav for drictions (alot) and my music to keep my calm on the road.
