novibet レビュー

Shocking customer service. Deposited funds and there was a free spins bonus on the deposit. For days the game wouldnt load, kept getting error message. Got on to live chat and they repeatedly blamed the issue on a fault with a provider which was nothing to do with the game I was trying to play it was a separate issue altogether. Then sent an email to support and was told same thing and to be patient. This was after 3 days of patience. Then sent another email asking when would this likely be resolved and simply said why not just give me spins on another game that actually works instead or that it might be an idea not to be offering bonuses on games that don't work. Got no reply, useless

won a couple of bets and they limited my betting to 19c. should just tell people they only want customers who lose. terrible customer service

Scam company. For someone who puts so much into advertising on tv , their reputation is so far from it. So many problems regarding identity verification, deposit amounts and randomly suspending your account without giving valid reasons. The customer service is awful, many of them struggle to understand English as the company is based in Greece. Stay away and choose a better betting company.

Worst company ever, spend over 3000€ got nothing back since I started I spend more than 10000€ and got back 850€.
After that it seems that my" luck"
abandoned me .....
If you khow what I mean.
Find a way to revoke their licence,or we will....

Verification and withdraw problem as many users are complaining about.
i've deposited 9 days ago, won a amount. wasnt that much but isnt about values, ordered a withdraw and they closed my account asking for million documents, the kind of docs they ask for is kind of an insult.
ofc they didnt verify my account, chat knows nothing and email response are automatic.
obs: deposited on novibetBR.
Stay away from this site.

After over a year I,Closed my account NOVIBET IRELAND after spending 3months completing loyalty bonus,200k into it .I was just about to finish within next day or 2 and they asked for source of.funds ,money laundering worries ha.i have never withdrawn from them and been playing for a year with them.i was in the top5 in their Novi League contest also
.I said how am I money laundering if I have never withdrawn anything,it's very convenient out of the blue just when they had to pay me 5000 .so I sent the documentation and woke up and my account closed today
Also I withdrew 3grand few weeks ago and didn't go into my bank it was still sitting in.their.account after I was told it only takes 24hours the whole lot
.I've been with them a year lads whoever says they are great,I thought so too until now.absolute joke.
Excuse was that I have a child .where were they when I spent 200k nowhere, but time to pay out

RUN FOREST RUN. 🏃You have been told.

Keep away. 5 days still haven't looked at my verification documents despite contact several times therefore no cash out. Kept rejecting my visa debit on sign up therefore had to use Nettler there for small print comes in, YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR BONUS 🙈🤣 Hours to check winning bet but low an be hold losers checked straight away. Support is clueless. If you fail to ignore & sign up anyway like I did. You'll not trust them and every winning bet doesn't feel like a winner, as I never got the opportunity to cash out.

Trying to withdraw my money (over 1000€) but transaction always cancelled and money back on my user account. Account verified but they still ask for documents.

My deposit was €260

SCAMMERS!!!!

Charged my bank account for money. Then they never put it in my account on their website.

Big scam guys, I won 750 euro and they gived me 5 euro, play attention

Sent me an offer saying if I downloaded the app and bet €20 I would get a €20 free bet but they refused to give me it, saying there was an existing offer on my account. Steer clear of these gangsters

Deposited 6k total into this account. Spun it up to 15k, received an email out of the blue saying my account was closed permanently and the deposits sent back. Stealing scam artists, the worst I’ve ever seen.

Hi I joined novibet because of the promotions and had bit of luck after a while, when I tried to withdraw what I had won I recieved an email saying my account was not verified and I had to send picture of driving licence front and back and a picture of utility bill with address on it,I did this an while I was waiting I looked up the reviews,I was worried when I read what other people had written about novibet an thought forget it I have no hope of seeing a penny, next day less than 24hours I recieved an email saying account verified and the money was sent to my account,I have been scammed in the past by con sites as far as I can say this is not a scam site if you are going to gamble odds are always in favour of the book maker dont gamble if you cant handle losing
