I ordered 3 things. One was cancelled, the other was the completely wrong color, and the 3rd was AI slop that looked nothing like the ad. When I reached out to customer service, they offered to refund me $8 on a $60+ order. Never again.
Terrible products look nothing like the website cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Die Ware entschpricht nicht von der Qualität des Materials, der Größe noch von den Bildern der Beschreibung im Angebot. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis Null. Lange Lieferzeiten und Rückgabe auf eigene Kosten über 30€ nach China.
Zum Glück habe ich das Geld vom PayPal erstattet bekommen danach kam die Bestellung von mitte Juni erst an.
Soviel hat das T- Shirt nicht gekostet.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
The products I received were poor quality, faulty, and not as described.
They looked nothing like the website photos, including the fit, sleeve length, and lining. They had poor, visibly crooked stitching, and after one cold wash following the care instructions, the green dye bled into the yellow fabric, permanently ruining the shirt.
Customer service has been appalling. They ignored my request for a proper remedy, pushed store credit, and then offered just US$35 to settle an entire order containing multiple faulty and misrepresented items. They eventually agreed to a return, but only if I paid to ship the items back to China at my own expense. They then refused to refund one of the faulty shirt because it had been washed once, even though the defect only became apparent after that first wash, exactly as I explained in my very first email.
They do not stand behind the quality of the products they sell, and their advertised “30-day return guarantee” is far less reassuring than it appears. In my experience, they make the refund process as difficult as possible.
I will never buy from this company again and would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them.
WARNING / SCAM - Sent wrong item, damaged product, and closed my ticket!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We ordered a short-sleeve Portugal t-shirt and received a completely different long-sleeve item, which was also heavily discolored and damaged. Customer service (Mark Kevin) refused to provide a prepaid return label and demanded that we pay for return shipping to China. When we refused to pay for their mistake, they simply closed our support ticket. Total scam and terrible customer service! Order ID: HGT73457
