NTIATIVE IT Recruitment レビュー

Recruitment went really well. I was kept informed about the recruitment process. They maintain very good contact with the candidate

An excellent recruiting firm. Over the span of two years, I had multiple discussions with them regarding various job opportunities and eventually accepted a position at Apptio. I especially recommend speaking with Artur—a genuinely great person. Highly recommended!

It was a great pleasure for me to work with Justyna Szulinska. She has great communication skills, interpersonal skills and wonderful empathy. I really appreciate her assistance during my recruitment process.

I also would like to express my gratitude to Ntiative IT Recruitment for their work!

Recruiter guided me through the whole recruitment process, answered all questions I had but also got back to me with additional clarifications as a response to my concerns. I felt like all the steps in the process are clear. All the communication was also very smooth (I did not wait days for response)

Brak feedbacku, nigdy do mnie nie oddzwonili

No feedback after interview with recruiter. I was ghosted, even though the recruiter promised to response within a week.. Poor quality, I will not take them seriously in the future

the best recruitment experience I have ever had.

Ntiative is an excellent company that helps job seekers find suitable employment opportunities. Their team of experienced recruiters is knowledgeable and well-connected, making them an excellent resource for individuals looking for work. They work hard to understand their clients' needs and match them with appropriate job opportunities, ensuring that both parties are satisfied.

I really enjoyed the recruitment process, part leaded by NTIATIVE professionals was smooth, direct and with a good vibe.

Professional support and care for the candidate in the recruitment process.

I recommend. Interview and recruitmemt process went very fast.

Pleasant atmosphere during the interview.

Good communication and a detailed explanation of the successive recruitment steps.
The training program is a great option for people who want to get into their work as best as possible.

I recently got a job at Ntiative - the recruitment process was quick (I got the decision after the weekend) and pleasant. I didn't have to ask too many additional questions as everything was said.
The team seems very friendly and I truly can't wait to start the job.

I had the luck to have a friendly, professional and great interview with Julia Jaskuła who was all the time there to answer all my doubts and was easily reachable. Everything went fast and smooth. She had a great commitment and kept me updated during all the progress of the recruitment process. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for a new challenge, Ntiative is definitely the best friend you need to go for that journey, also in a very intuitive and smart platform since the very beginning when scheduling the initial interview.
I was the pleasure to be contacted by Tomasz Starzyk (a recruiter from this company), which talked to me about a position in which I am a good match and he guided all the hiring process with a masterclass of professionalism.
Afterwards, I was a happily hired for this position and now I have no words to thank for this.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of recruiters and a very friendly atmosphere during the interview. I received a clear and extensive explanation of the company's policies and processes, description od the role and work specification and culture. I was feeling very welcome in the office. I received a feedback after the meeting very quick.

I’ve loved this recruitment team and process because it doesn’t take long for the to give a feedback on how you performed and everything is clear.
I’m looking forward to work with task rabbit!
