Fabulous products offering by let down by poor and inconsistent communication when things go wrong. I raised concerns two weeks ago, have had to chase to get any kind of information and when I have raised a complaint, there has been no follow up over a week later. I am only writing this review because noone has bothered to have the cortest to call me. They go at their own pace at Nu Heat...snails pace

I was pleasantly surprised when speaking to the technical rep that he could pull up my original specification from the QR ref. Discussing the system with knowledge he emailed me the technical spec I required to convert from the old circuit to the new one. Very impressed.
