Harold was so responsive when our MVHR broke down. He replaced the fan which we knew was broken and also told us it looked like another fan was on the way out so he also replaced that one. Really polite and helpful and very thorough in his work. Would 100% recommend him and his fees are much more reasonable than these big companies who charge thousands of ££s.

I had a leak coming from my bedroom air vent, and my estate management team thought it was likely a fault with my MVHR unit. I reached out to Nuaire Repair for an inspection.
Harold arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. After inspecting the unit, he found there was actually nothing wrong with the MVHR system. But what really stood out was he went out of his way to look for signs of a leak elsewhere and made useful suggestions on what should be checked instead.
Throughout the whole visit, he was polite, professional and genuinely seemed to care about getting to the bottom of the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Harold's service. I'll admit, I was nervous at first, having never met him or used his services, trusting solely his website and reviews. However, he was friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable about the drimaster unit we have. Harold worked until the unit was fixed and left the area, clean and tidy just as he had found it. He was responsive on WhatsApp which he shared the invoice on, which was convenient. If you are sitting on the fence, no need! Book Harold in for a trust worthy service.

Harold. Was able to replace the motor on my Nuaire unit saving the cost of replacing the whole unit. Excellent work and much appreciated.

Harold was able to source a replacement part and repair my unit when the ‘big’ providers had said the only resolution was to replace the whole unit. This saved me £1.5k. Harold was very responsive and came out three times to finish the job (at no extra cost to me). Great service all round
