Just reading through the other reviews and have to say my experience has been completely different. I've ordered three times from them and never had any issues. Sure it takes weeks for items to arrive but they're based in Mexico and I'm well aware of the delivery times beforehand so that's not really a valid issue in my mind.
I've also found their communication quite good, they actually reached out to me about a delay in their shipping so I appreciated that.

This place is a scam so not buy anything you will not get it and you will have to cancel your card

No response from company regarding my order. No tracking number, no status update. I just initiated a complaint via my credit card. I would not advise to order from this company at all.

I ordered two patches roughly on October 14th 2024, they didn't ship my patches until November 17th. They finally showed up today January.12, 2025. This could have been partial due to the postal strike in Canada.

So the patches are just printed on fabric. The Pennywise one at least has a stitched Edge and is a thicker material. The dropkick Murphys one is thin and looks like it's just printed on fabric. Overall not impressed. But we'll go on my battle vest where it can be more flexible I guess. Will not order from these guys again.

I've messaged them at least three or four times lately to ask for an update on my order being shipped to me and they haven't answered any of my most recent messages they answered my first one to tell me that it was ready to be shipped but it still hadn't shipped at the time. Now the order says it's shipped but they still haven't replied to my message they haven't given me a tracking number or anything and it's been weeks. Now there's a postal strike in Canada so who knows when I'm going to get it if I do at all. In my opinion this is a horrible company to deal with they have terrible customer service and I will never shop with them again.

This site deserves minus stars!! Worst site I've ever ordered from!! I ordered 3 band lanyards and when they arrived they were garbage! First off they were Bootleg Bad copies of licensed merchandise! Logos printed on the inside of product to avoid showing the illegal copying of licensed logos! No rings for keys on them either just a cheap plastic tiny hook you could snap in half with your finger!! Sent many emails to get a return and refund but had to deal with an incompetent person who said to mail them back to her with a copy of postal receipt and she would refund all my money. She got the items back but never refunded my money!! Turned it in to my bank for investigation and to get my money back.A Month later I got a partial refund from them but not any of my return shipping costs! So lesson learned, this seller is not Legit people! They sell Bad Bootleg products that are trash and then try to steal your money! Don't keep them in business!! Someone must shut them down NOW!!

I ordered a pair of boots in early December, which was supposed to come in mid-January. It never showed up (with no updates from the company), so I finally ordered the boots from somewhere else. The boots arrived unexpectedly in late March.

I no longer need/want them (they are unopened) but there is no return information on the website. I have emailed them a number of times to try to get return information, but have not received a response. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You will not be able to return it.
