Nucleus - The Premium Church Website Builder レビュー 96

They set up a website and they asked me to change the DNS. I changed the DNS to their specs and got a 404 page. So the DNS appeared to be working but the hosting was not ready. I did the email/chat with Support and they said check the DNS and send us a copy. Did they not read my report or know how to use nslookup? I did some hunting around and found the necessary setting to get rid of the 404 page on our website and get it working. Clearly the website was not ready for the DNS swing.

To clarify, I am not involved in the website itself and know nothing of the arrangements referenced in the reply. I am an IT guy who was sent instructions to swing the domain. So a disclaimer: My comments above reflect my opinions only based on the experience I had. It in no way reflects on the church's web team and their experience or opinions of Nucleus.
