NU Cosmetics was a really lovely experience,the staff were very pleasant and well educated on the services they provide,I had breast surgery,the surgeon was very nice and put me at ease as I was very nervous this was the first time I have had any type of cosmetic surgery. I am very pleased with the results and I will be going back for some laser treatment. Thank you to all the staff at NU Cosmetics.

I wanted to enquire about a PRP treatment and was told to come in for a consultation. However, the catch was that I had to pre-book (read pre-pay) if I wanted to have the treatment following the consultation. I was also told that I will be given a full refund should I decide not to proceed with the treatment. The consultation turned out to be poor and I decided it wasn't right and did not avail the treatment. I was promised a refund but it has been 2 months and haven't seen a penny of my £350. Calls nor emails are answered. Don't give any money in advance or you won't see it back should you cancel.

UPDATE - Within 10 minutes of posting this review, I was inundated with calls from Nu Cosmetic. Upon demanding an explanation for the unfair treatment, the manager did not reply but apologised unreservedly albeit with a hint of narcissism as he mentioned the clinic offered free consultations (who doesn't!). I thank Nu Cosmetic for at least promptly responding with regard to my refund even though this may be the result of a knee-jerk reaction. I trust they fully update their service upholding a sense of justice and fairness, and place the interests of their existing customers over public image.

Treatment in Liverpool, parking available, welcoming staff. Procedure a little uncomfortable but otherwise bearable. Results are A1.

Always check the doctors background first, I learnt the hard way given that I was told in an email that the Dr who is still there (who can't be named but can be found easily) " is a very professional and experienced surgeon and has done many operations here with excellent results and we at Nu have every confidence in him." and "Thanks Shaun, know you will be pleased with your result."

"As you know what you read is not always the case." Rightly so as I was advised by one of their staff.

The truth was that he had been given warnings, has restrictions imposed and had been previously suspended.

Unfortunately, I only discovered the above after my revision surgery. Lets start at the beginning though.

I had an operation with this clinic with the same Dr, only upon my request for a review (as it wasn't offered to me at first) was I advised that an area had collapsed and needed revision surgery.

I went back for the revision surgery to "correct" the area. In the mean time, they offered kindly to do some additional work at no extra cost. Great I thought at first.

Problem was, the area that collapsed, still isn't right and now I have a large line across my abdominal area which i've been informed is due to it being too deep. After my complaint below, I was initially offered to be reviewed by the same Dr again.
Would you go with the same doctor after its collapsed twice? Needless to say, I rejected his offer.

Having discovered after numerous emails and calls that "Nu Cosmetic Clinic" is a trading name for "London Health & Wellness Ltd" and not "Nu Cosmetic Clinic Limited" which they had previously advertised on their website (that company is now in liquidation) WORRYINGLY.
This of course was changed when I did some background checks and requested an explanation of the legal company entity (name of the business). I hold the screenshots to prevent any legal repercussions.

If this stops one person, then it has done its job.

I should also note that the "London Health & Wellness Ltd" is not regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

After paying for 6 sessions of IPL treatment at Rodney Streef Clinic only for the practice to be shut down with no warning OR refund, I was hesitant as to whether to bother looking for another practice to go to.
I done some online research and found the NU Cosmetic Clinic.. Nothing but positive reviews and feedback were found, so I booked in for a consultation and patch test. I opted for 3 sessions of laser hair removal on bikini line.
The staff were amazing. Before the treatment I got explained of the process, aftercare ect. The girls always made me feel comfortable as they were friendly and always willing to answer any questions.
The laser hair removal has defiantly worked and I can see results that I am more than happy with.
Facilities were clean. Great location.
Will 100% be going back for more treatments in the future.

I had a breast enlargement by Dr Olu through Nu Cosmetics back in February and couldn't of asked for a better company and surgeon. From the first consultation I've had a great experience. Dr Olu guided me on the right size that would suit my frame and I'm really happy with the results and that I trusted his opinion. They also have great after care with regular check ups. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of having surgery :-)

A really welcoming clinic , staff very polite and friendly , very professional.

I made an appointment via the call centre and received a confirmation email which was fine. I then received a telephone call on the day before my appointment to move the time which again, was fine. I arrived in plenty of time to the Birmingham clinic and was asked to take a seat in the waiting area. I was then approached by a miserable looking woman asking me to complete the registration forms which I duly did. There were a couple of other people in the waiting room at the time. I was then taken into the consulting room where there was a man sitting at the desk, he didn't even look up or acknowledge I was there he just continued reading my notes. He then looked up and said "come here" I went over to the mirror and he started describing a face lift which was totally not what I was there for, I had specifically asked for a consultation regarding a one stitch lift which I had been assured they did do. When I said this he was taken aback as said he didn't trust them, on that note I left the room with the admin lady who said "I really don't know what happened, take a seat and I'll try to find out". She then proceeded to take the next patient in for their consultation leaving me sitting waiting in the waiting room. I was so annoyed at this I simply walked out in disgust. I had travelled there having organised child care and it was a complete and utter waste of time. And not one person has even tried to get in touch with my either by phone or by email to apologise! I would no way recommend this company.

I attended Nu Cosmetic clinic in Liverpool for one of their free consultations. I wanted Botox and filler treatments for my professional appearance and I was worried about having a 'paralysed face'.

I was exceptionally impressed by the consultation and the review which I achieved. I went onto have both treatments which were explained in detail, carried out within an hour and relatively pain free.

The results are the wonderful as I look much fresher and younger. The Botox and fillers look 100% natural and I am delighted with the result.

The staff and Pankaj could not have been nicer and I am very happy to give them repeat business for my next installments. I can whole heartedly recommend their ethic and professionalism.

I visited numerous cosmetic companies when I started looking at a breast augmentation but Nu Cosmetics had made me feel at ease from day 1. From the coordinators to the surgeon I can't fault them at all. They gave me honest opinions when I went for my first consultation in regards to sizes. Then a second sizing consultation (due to being unsure) wasn't a problem. The surgeon was amazing. Six weeks post op I would've been back for three follow up reviews,with more scheduled in too. Nothing is too much trouble for any of their staff. Can't fault the company at all.

It's a good supportive service that I received. The staff were kind and supportive throughout the procedure. Overall I am very happy with the service and aftercare I received. It's been a month since I had the procedure and so far there are no complications.

I had Vaser Lip to my stomach area performed by Dr Vlok. I am really happy with the result. Before the procedure my stomach was unsightly, I was so ashamed of how I looked, it really knocked my confidence and self esteem so much so that I would not go out and became very depressed.

I made the decision to go ahead with the surgery, I researched the Nu Cosmetic Clinic on their website then rang for a consultation. The staff there are amazing from the first time you meet them and they offer great after care.

The results were fantastic, life changing. My stomach is so much smaller and well contoured.

I'd looked around many company's and came across the nu cosmetic clinic, the price seemed to a bit to good to be true so I was sceptical but rang up and everything was confirmed, travelled down to the bridgewater hospital for a consultation and ended up booking in there and then for 3 weeks time with Dr borghini. I was a b cup and wanted a fuller boob as I'm 5'7 and a 12/14 my breasts didn't go with my body. Dr borghini told me he wouldn't go any bigger than a 520 cc implant which made me feel so much more comfortable, although I did want them bigger (being a 21 year old) it reassured me the fact he wouldn't just do any stupid size and told me no! I'm now 7 weeks post op and just had my dressings removed, I'm over the moon with the results. All lovely and friendly and will certainly be using them again even though I'm a 3 hour drive away!

Taking Nu Cosmetic to court after they admitted negligence and agreed to fix their mustake and then changed their minds despite paying for lifetime care.
Pocket of breast implant too large, practically go round to my back, move a lot, hurt me every single day.
4 opinions have agreed I have been a victim of negligence however when taking legal action it turns out they don't have the funds to compensate.
Worst decision I ever made and if this review stops one person from making this mistake I will be happy.
