Because our technology utilizes clinical-grade Red Light Therapy (RLT) and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, the device features highly specific, adjustable frequency settings tailored to target different wellness goals. For conditions like migraines, sleep regulation, and mood support, using the correct pre-programmed setting is essential to seeing results:

For Migraines & Headaches: The dedicated 10Hz PEMF setting (activated by pressing the M1 button once until the indicator turns Yellow) is specifically designed to help mitigate headaches and support cell regeneration.

For Sleep Support: The deep relaxation programs operate on different frequencies entirely. Pressing the M2 button once (Blue light) sets the device to 3Hz PEMF for insomnia and anxiety, while pressing it three times (Green light) triggers a 10Hz PEMF session to help regulate sleep cycles.
