Hi Diane, I am so incredibly sorry for the frustration! We definitely don't want you stuck with a belt you can't use. It sounds like our previous response may have landed in your spam or junk folder, which caused the ticket to close automatically—I apologize for that tech hiccup!

We do have replacement parts available, and since you love your belt, I want to get you back to your daily routine immediately. I have personally reopened your case and sent a new email to the address on file. Please check your inbox (and spam!) for a message from us so I can get a new adapter sent out to you right away. We'll get this sorted!

Regarding your concerns:

Battery Life: The unit should typically last for several sessions per charge. Since yours is only lasting 20 minutes, it sounds like you may have a faulty battery, which we would be happy to replace.

Fit: We appreciate the feedback on the strap sizing—ensuring the LEDs are correctly positioned is vital for the best results.

Safety: We do list pacemaker contraindications on our website, but we understand how important this is to catch before use.

Regarding our Return Policy: To keep our prices competitive, we do not charge restocking or cancellation fees, which is why we ask the buyer to shoulder the return shipping costs.

If you purchased your wrap within the last 30 days, we will absolutely honor your return. Please email us at hello@nushape.com with your order details so we can provide you with the necessary Return Authorization (RNA) and instructions to get this resolved for you right away.
