BEWARE -Gluten free Walnuts are NOT GF
They state they sell gluten free walnuts. I ordered 3 bags of them for my holiday baking. I have celiac so was happy to have found this site. Their labeling on the so called gf walnuts state the product is processed in the same facility as wheat and other food sensitivities. Not only is this deceiving but is also dangerous for a celiac person to consume.

I have been a fan for more than 10 years and have never been dissatisfied until this time and one time before. This last order has me reeling because the product has changed so much. I'm a fan of the gummie stuff i.e. gumdrops spicedrops and fruit rings. This go round the gummies are so small that they taste stale, the gummybears cost is ridiculous now, but ok inflation/tariffs; but the nuts had some stale ones mixed in with the fresh ones (cashews and macadamia chips). I don't know what's going on but it's not looking good and after this bunch I'm not sure if I'll stay a loyal customer. Something needs to be fixed pronto. The time before this one i ordered some chocolate pecan candies and they were stale and looked like they had been sitting too long or just misfits, but I ended up with them. You ultimately gave me a credit which was appreciated but still they got thru the quality check as passing, not good. Sorry but this is so atypical of you I had to do a review. Thank you for the quality services prior.

Love the products and that we can have our adult son's "stocking stuffer sent directly to him across the country. We had an issue with the delivery company and customer service responded right away and followed up until we got the products. Only took an extra day and no fault of theirs as this time of year, companies have to use whoever is available for deliveries. You have to try the chocolate covered gummy bears!!
Fast shipping of some stale nuts
Let's start with the positive.. the shipping is FAST!! I ordered and it was there the very next day! That was amazing.
Now the negative.. the pretzels and some of the nuts I ordered were stale. I contacted customer service to tell them and all they said was ok thanks. Really?? Not even a small attempt to make it right. It felt like they told me ok thanks enjoy your stale nuts. So I will not be ordering from them ever again!!

A machine listened and assured me that someone would contact me shortly about the problem. As soon as I looked again at info it said order would go out by the 27th, although elsewhere it said arrival by Christmas. I called again to cancel and was assured by machine that someone would contact me and refund would take 5-10 days or something like that. No one called.Both calls were made within minutes of ordering. Received email telling me I missed the cancellation window so too bad, nothing they can do. Their technology is failing them. Should escalate in 24hrs.

I have used Nuts.com for years for their excellent quality products. I buy for myself and my family, for Christmas gifts to extended family, and the snack packs for the local EMS station. I'm always impressed by the quality, so thankful they offer organic options, and impressed by their fast shipping.
