Scam Organization
As a former analyst, my experience raised concerns about the organization’s structure and delivery model. Many analysts were students with limited industry experience and received minimal formal training, which made it challenging to consistently provide high-quality consulting work.
In addition, responsibilities often felt fragmented, with significant delegation but limited strategic direction or mentorship. This created uncertainty around project ownership and overall value delivered to clients.
While the opportunity may help students build résumés, those seeking rigorous, institutionally structured consulting training may benefit more from programs with stronger mentorship frameworks and established professional standards, such as Compass Impact or Undergraduate Consulting Group.
