A wonderful service, I didn’t spend much, the package was well wrapped and a Thankyou business card inside with a lovely little surprise base coat nail treatment added. Well done Andrea very thoughtful. I will definitely shop again.

NYK1 Lash Serum is the best one on the market. I actually use the brow serum on my lashes as it's the same formula but with a bigger doefoot applicator so I can get more product on. Couldn't be without it.

The customer service at NYK is exceptional, this is because they reply quickly and resolve any issues without any delays. I use the eye lash serum which is fantastic . My eyelashes were very sparse and short , so when i used to wear fill make up i would need to use false eye lashes , gladly no more. Thankyou for ypur great service and brill products.

My lashes have grown so much. Quite amazing really. Very happy. I also bought the brow one and can definitely see a difference. I had them micro blades ages ago which was fading and I really think this is growing the brows thicker to cover.

Gorgeous customer service and when I was let down with my last delivery I was contacted immediately by someone called Krissy who issued me a refund straight away. I had been waiting a while and for some reason Royal Mail didn’t even have my package out for delivery.

My mum loves this stuff, I’ve brought from here before and had a brilliant experience last time.

However I’m left rather disappointed on what I’ve received this time. The box has come rather destroyed - and there was brown paper or plastic layered all over the bottles, which I had to clean away. I wasn’t gifted the lovely pink tissue paper this time. It just has disappointed me, this is also a present for my mum. Not for myself

I just felt like it was shoved into a box and shipped out.

I regularly buy lash NYK1 lash serum, which is brilliant. This time the product was misdelivered and I had to contact NYK1 to sort it out. I couldn’t have been dealt with in a more lovely and helpful way. The problem was sorted immediately, and Krissy that helped me, was exemplary. It turned a pain in the backside, into a really pleasant experience. Can highly recommend NYK1!

These are absolutely the Best nail tips I have ever used! They are strong and last a whole month! Never chip and I only broke one! in 5 years of using then everyday! I have a physical illness where my nails do not grow normally and wear these ALL the time. and I ALWAYS get compliments on them too! PLEASE do NOT ever stop making these! They are a part of my life! I just put clear polish over them. They are beautiful!
