Hair arrived incorrect colour. Numerous emails upon receipt of incorrect hair no reply/response. Have reported to citizens Advice on behalf of Trading Standards. £80 down the drain via Clearpay. do not use this company. Suspected scam

I ordered nano rings from this company in August they messed me around so much for 2 weeks and lied saying it was on its way when they hadn't even sent them when they hadn't and when they did send them they sent blonde when I ordered gray so I had to dye my hair blonde. Waited a few months to give them a proper review and I would say at less 25 have fallen out because the hair has come away from the metal link. Ive been wearing extensions for years and years and this has never happened with any other brand I've used and it does shed alot and I can't wear a dark top cos I get of little bits of hair all over it. Customer service is rubbish and they hair ain't much better ain't worth what you pay for it

I ordered 200g of nano bonds for next day delivery on a Monday at around 12pm, by that Friday they hadn’t even been dispatched, I contacted them directly and was assured I would get a delivery refund and they would be there by the Monday. Monday and came and went, I emailed again Wednesday and they said “it’ll be Friday” wrong again. They eventually did come, I never received a refund on the next day delivery even though it took almost 2 weeks I had to reschedule hair appointments twice. I’ve had the hair around a month now maybe washed it 5/6 times and they are frizzy already and I use all the appropriate hair care for nano bonds and I hardly straighten my hair and use a silk bonnet at night. The ones I had before from hair planet were sooo much better wouldn’t buy their hair waste of money in long run and absolute diabolical customer service , they just ignored me in the end

I got hair for my wife's birthday 2 weeks ago. Although she text me the website to buy them from. She has them on right now and she looks very pretty. She loves them. She actually recommend the website to her sisters

Same complaint as everyone paid extra for next day delivery that was 10 days ago!!! No reply to emails phone doesn’t work!! Missed fitting NEVER again will I use this company they should not be allowed to trade!!!

I purchased 3 packs and they came intime for my partner. She says they are very long and soft and easy to dye with color. I have hâd no tangling or mating up.. ..she îs happy and I am happy

Took forever to come even though they stated they in the UK and thr metal bit at the top is too short it's smaller than the bead they busy keep falling out

Terrible communication!

The telephone doesn’t exist. I have been chasing for a week now. False advertising! Say 3-4 days delivery and they still Havnt given me a tracking number or responded to my emails.

Tracking order doesn’t exist. They say it’s being sent by Evri but says they are waiting for corrier to update, my guess is they havnt arranged a collection, or sent the parcels off but have generated an Evri postal sticker. Very very poor. Missed my fitting appointment now

Exactly same experience as the lady above, apart from I’m still waiting for my order coming up 3 weeks! I missed my appointment to get my hair fitted as hair not here even though it says 2-3 days express delivery. (Iv lost a lot of money due to this) A lady called Jane was emailing me back originally but now they are totally blanking me. I would definitely avoid this company

Ordered 18th June, chased 4 days later as hair not delivered within 2-3 days as stated on their website/order. Received 2 weeks from initial order placed. Returned as wrong colour match, but only after numerous chatbox and emails, they eventually gave me an address to return the item to ( a house). However, they then send it back to their returns centre (which is probably the wholesalers that they purchased it from) and I am still waiting for my refund, even though they acknowledged receipt on 25th July. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Luckily, I have now informed Klarna and they have put a stop to my last payment being taken. Under CCA I should have received a refund with 14 days of receipt.This has not happened! They are now not responding to my email and so I have had to post here instead.
