Ordered the Tailback 2.0, Took 8 days (6 business days) to be delivered.. Very reasonable IMO.. The fit is great, I was a little worried about the arm length, but the way frames wrap around they’re plenty long. I like the curved/wrap on this frame compared to the lizard frames.. The high bridge “fit” fits me perfectly. As always, the optical clarity is superb.. Better than Smith prescription glasses by far in my opinion. (I owned Smith also) If I was to have one complaint, it would be the lens thickness. I couldn’t upgrade to the thinner lens like I could with the lizard frames. I’m guessing this thickness was required for fitting in this style of frame. Definitely not a deal breaker though.. Just being picky. I got all the best coatings offered, but did not want transition lenses. I would definitely buy again, and it was between these (Tailback 2.0) and the Lizard frames, which I’ve owned also. Both are great frames and I would recommend either. The Tailback has a little more “wrap” than the lizards and fits closer to my eyes while also giving more peripheral vision.

Great fit and comfort for all day wear.
I got the progressive lenses with transitions option. I love the ability to go from indoor to outdoor and do not have to change glasses.
The frames stay put all day long!

30 days since my order. Tracking with USPS stopped within a week of the order being shipped. Order shows complete with Oakleysi. Customer service about impossible to get to. Chatbots that do not work, menus force you into garbage chatbot service. All this just to find out if Oakley's lenses are still sub par. Turns out thats a non issues because you probably just wont get your order.

You would think that when you’re spending $300 on sunglasses, the least you could do is include a case and a cleaning cloth. I did not receive my bird beak nose guard nor did I receive my cleaning cloth. They now extort you to buy a case when at one point they were sending you sunglasses in a case. Customer service apparently keeps banker hours, so good luck trying to catch them. I am becoming more and more dissatisfied with them for cutting corners with customers who’ve been using the product since the late 80s.

These are the worst sunglasses I've ever bought. I've been an Oakley fan since the '90s and have owned over 50 different models. Lately, for work, I've bought the Alpha and M Frame models, and the lenses crack in less than a year. It's no coincidence that all the lenses do this; they're maintained and cleaned frequently to remove sweat, and they still crack. I've submitted the warranty for both models, and it doesn't cover anything at all. I've resorted to buying replacements from different online stores so I can continue using my frames. This is just my humble opinion.

I’ve worn Oakley Sunglasses since at least 1996. I’ve never been let down by their product quality style and design. I’ve used the Oakley SI interface for my last 3 or 4 orders of glasses, spare lenses and bags. I’ll continue to use them and I do recommend them.

I appreciate the discount, but the service is extremely subpar. Glasses were supposed to be delivered and in my hands over a week ago. They still haven't shipped. They didn't even begin to process the order until a day after they were supposed to be received. Customer service just gave me excuses to make me go away, "Keep waiting, you'll have them soon". Then when I followed up a week later, I was told, "Great news, they shipped". Except they didn't. Oakley just made a shipping label to make me think they were shipped. As of today, three weeks after the order was made, they still haven't shipped. The delay in service was one thing. But trying to dupe me with a shipping label to just shut me up was wrong and deceitful.

It is really frustrating that it takes up to three business days to see if the prescription you have will even work with the sunglasses you select. I'm not sure why there isn't an option to put in your prescription numbers then show a customized view to see what sunglasses are actually available. The alternative is hoping and choosing the frames will work.
