The customer support from Oanda is by the best!!!
The customer support from Oanda is by far the best I have experienced compared to any other Broker or company. To date not a single support request has been left unresolved and if they cannot solve it immediately, a resolution has always been provided less than 24 hours later. The ability to interact with a real person makes the experience a pleasant one. Excellent!!!

I have only positive experience here
I have only positive experience here. Georgi, he is my AE, helps in everything. I feel myself in good hands. Also, I can use the Tradingview for free due to their campaign that the whole year subscription was credited on my account. This is amazing.

So far so good with OANDA. Customer services by email are helpful. Have not used instant chat yet. OANDA also credited my account with my TradingView subscription once I had signed up - which was a bonus 👍

World class customer service
I'm not a whale... I'm not a high value account. I'm just a guy who has signed up for a trading account to investigate FX trading and went for OANDA based on a recommendation. The customer service has been _excellent_. Paired up with Brett Cummings as an account exec. He's knowledgeable, helpful and doing the right things.
All I need to do now is make some good trades :D

Great trading experience with Oanda, I really like how I can connect my Oanda account directly in TradingView. Super helpful
They have a very hands on approach which is super helpful and unique in comparison to other brokers that I have used in the past. Bradley Gilbert who is an account executive was super helpful. Very responsive, got the job done quickly and professionally. Great guy, highly recommend.
