I bought a piece of jewelry several weeks back and it just didnât fit as expected. The gold was very shiny and looked cheap. I have asked to return this item with numerous emails and no one has gotten back to me which means I will probably lose my 30 day window on the return. I have messaged them numerous times asking for the address to ship the product back and nobody will get back to me. Customer service is horrible. Itâs a shame..
