Ocean were brilliant. The team were very professional and supportive. We sold our Bristol house very quickly through them and used their legal team to guide us through a quite complicated purchase in London

Mel and the team were excellent and helped make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. I’m super grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anybody buying/selling in the area.

I really liked the quick booking of viewings and how ocean inform you as the sale progresses. Really effective and great communication. I liked seeing all of the jobs check off and Emily was fab.

However, I do have to share that when I viewed the property for the second time I could small damp/mould and I was told that it was the gloss paint. I then moved into the property and there was mould in the kitchen (hidden behind an appliance that was removed) and the whole house stunk of it. I also was assured a drawer in the kitchen would be looked at as it did not open. I am now looking at a replacement kitchen which I was not anticipating. Having some support and curiosity around this would have been helpful and may have enabled me to get more of a reduction on the price to pay for faults in the bathroom and kitchen. I was just reassured the house is worth the asking price when in reality I had to disagree but went with it as I needed a house to move into for my new job.

I did like the touch of having a small gift when collecting the keys. The member of staff was really kind. Despite my experiences I would recommend Ocean. I would just push a bit more than I did to ensure you’re getting what you need as a buyer particularly within this climate.

We liked the honesty of the realtor in this depressed market and knew that Ocean had a good reputation and we could do everything in house, including our solicitors. The house was sold on the first viewing with other viewers interested too. We used in house Solicitors too, which was a really good decision on our part. From offer to completion was exactly 3 months. The staff were very professional but also easy to talk to and we were updated by email through all the process and phone calls too. We would have no hesitation in recommending. We can't thank them enough.

Very positive experience with the team at Ocean, Bradley Stoke. They managed our house sale, and new purchase and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Special mention to Emily, Stefano and Joe as their efficiency made the whole process very smooth for us, which was greatly appreciated.

I am a parent of student using Ocean Homes to rent accommodation. They are quick to take your rent and deposit at the beginning, however the same cannot be said of returning the deposit at the end of the rental period. It is as it they are taking advantage of students. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

Ocean Estate Agents in Clifton were absolutely outstanding during what proved to be a very protracted sales process. Without the determination of Andrew and his team, I do not think the sale would have progressed. I can highly recommend them.

Really impressed with Ocean Estate Agents and Property Lawyers, Filton branch. Jessie was really knowledgeable and helpful on the estate agent side and Laura was very proactive and competent with the conveyancing. Both transactions for sale and purchase were dealt with smoothly. Would definitely use again.

Looking to sell a leasehold investment I sought the advice of Ocean in Southville. I dealt with Tom Windaybank, the Office Manager. His advice on how to achieve the sale in a timescale to suit me - it went exactly to plan, once marketing commenced a suitable buyer was found. Once the sale had been agreed Tom's colleague Jenny Hill, the Ocean Move Manager took over the responsibility of seeing the sale through to completion. Jenny was absolutely awesome chasing everyone and keeping me in touch. Thank you Tom and Jenny - you have both been excellent - you came highly recommended which I am more that happy to pass on.
