I was very happy with the service I received, both for the probate and conveyance. The family have previously used Chattertons and will continue to do so. Regular contact was easy and the service overall was excellent both during obtaining probate and then the conveyance for the sale of a property. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Well done.

We sold our Parents property through Chattertons in early April.
We were assigned Su in the Spalding office as our Conveyancing Executive, she completed the first registration and ultimately the sale for our family.
We really appreciated Su's calm approach and experience in dealing with hurdles that sometimes affected our judgement, being able to call her and discuss the difficulties and getting them answered straight away was excellent service. It certainly staved off the worry about such an onerous task as selling our Parents house!
We appreciated both email and phone contact throughout the process, and also dealt with colleagues of Su's, who we found to be equally competent.

Although most of the transaction was conducted by email and telephone any queries we had were always quickly responded to by our solicitor and our questions answered .We were pleased to be able to meet our solicitor in person to go over the paperwork his manner gave us confidence in the firm. Also we greatly appreciated being able to call in to our local Boston Chattertons premises and found the staff on the desk welcoming and very helpful.
