Great experience

Currently using OCL solicitors for a crashing into me on my motorbike. So far they have been incredible, especially Gillian W. She is highly professional, keeps me up to date with all aspects of the claim and genuinely cares about me and my recovery.
I would highly recommend them to any one else.

After waiting 10 months to see some action from my insurance, OCL took up the case and 6 weeks later all sorted.
I think the other parties insurer acted appallingly and should face consequences for their actions

I’m satisfied with the final outcome of my claim and the compensation received. However, the process took nearly two years, which is a very long time especially while recovering from an injury. The delay caused a lot of uncertainty and could have been handled more efficiently. Improving the speed of processing claims would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Once they took over the case they reassured us that we wouldn't have to do anything, keeping us updated was good
