Easy sign up experience

Great service from Tobi who kept me updated

Car is good but came with 230 miles already on the clock and car was not clean and which was disappointing

Overall - very pleased so far

Octopus are great when selling the car and charger but absolutely awful at helping you to get your car and charger connected to the advertised money saving tariff for charging your car once they have made the sale.
It appears that all of the training is invested in the sales team and none on the aftersales.

Wouldn't recommend at all to have any ev charging point fitted. Was told engineer would be there in the morning. Heard nothing had to contact the 'low carbon tech specialist' to ask if they were coming. Was informed they would be here at 4:45 still no one showed up. The process is slow and exhausting. Still waiting for updates...

Considering this was my first leasing experience, this was such a smooth process and was kept updated by my operational assistant through the whole process. Will definitely be utilising this route from now on and will use Octopus more!

My experience didn't have the best start for various but since been in the hands of Emma Sears this really made my experience turn a corner and I'd more than happily refer people to this company.

I got a quote for a 3 year old Mustang Mach-E over 24 month. It was going to be £606 (Gross £900). The Vehicle had done 20k miles. I also got a personal lease quote for a Brand new Mach-E on Autotrader. That was £530 included road tax and maintenance. Granted the Octopus deal included car insurance, however, these Salary sacrifice deals are not as good as people make out. The "Tax saving" element instead of going to HMRC, it's going to Octopus shareholders pockets, it's not coming off the cost of the lease trust me. I'd rather the tax went toward building hospitals personally, and not having my gross pay reduced to boot!. Te only good Salary Sacrifice scheme is topping up your Pension, as all the tax savings go into your own pocked, not Octopus Chief executives!!!! Be warned!!

From start to finish whole process was easy and clear. Any questions I had was answered within few hours via email. Holly was great from the start- called me and explained the process, answered all the questions. I would recommend Octopus to anyone who is unsure - we have been customers for nearly 6 years now for our leki and gas, and never had a single issue with bills etc. Thank you!

From start to finish George was so helpful! I was unsure whether I wanted to use salary sacrifice or get a new car myself but he regularly kept in touch and as soon as I decided to go for it he answered all my questions (some very silly, I'm sure) and guided me through the whole process. Harri was extremely helpful in helping to go forward with ordering an EV. I was confused about my options, and he really helped me narrow them down to choose what car would be best for me. He was also helpful with the follow-up and the ordering of the vehicle.

Recently placed an order and so far have been really impressed with the process, so easy and straight forward. Also, had a nice follow up call from George yesterday to go through a few bits and ask any questions I had.

The process of ordering to delivery was so simple, clear & transparent. The car was delivered with great service and care, plus the aftercare from Robyn has been amazing service.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful without being pushy at all because who likes a pushy sales team. But Bash was great and with his help it was eady for me to place an order for a new car. Octopus keeps you informed throughout the whole process and it's easy and straightforward.

Helpful, friendly staff who were always able to answer my questions and straightforward processes meant I was able to get sorted with a new EV lease in a short space if time before starting a new job.

I leased a Polestar 3 through Octopus. The car has had way too many glitches but Octopus - and particularly Sakib Nasir - have been superb. Responsive, considerate and constructive. This is what good customer service should look like.

Hargun was great, listened, provided a solution and now have my partner insured at no extra charge when I didn't think this was possible.
Hargun got the license checks done super quickly and I had email confirmation within an hour. Thank you!
