Jenny who organised my lease extension was wonderful and guided me throughout the process patiently and kindly. She was extremely thorough in all of her searches, correspondences and ensured I got the best outcome with the best financial settlement. My schedule was considered when asking me to sign different documents and I was always given various options which helped as a busy mum and teacher. I appreciated her honesty and comparison with similar cases to help me navigate this novel lease extension process. This is the second time I have worked with ODT and could not recommend them more highly.

We've been trying to liase with ODT Solicitors since November 2025. Unfortunately after the best part of 15 emails and 10+ phone calls, we've not had any response. We are particularly dissapointed with Paul, as are quite a few other reviews it would seem. Not that a poor review results in any change in Pauls lack of communication or effort. Appalling service from an organisation that should be holding themselves to a higher standard. Our complaint also wasn't acknowledged within the 5 working days their complaints procedure states they commit to. Avoid at all costs. Our only choice now is to raise our concerns with the Ombudsman.

The steps were quite clear and handled promptly.

The firm was responsive and handled matters in a timely matter. The team is friendly and easy to deal with. Legal issues seemed to go smoothly and we were kept updated on the progress being made.
