Off2Class take yearly subscription charges without any warning. They took an entire year's worth of payment without asking or sending a warning that this charge was going to be deducted. No one responded when I asked for a refund within 30 minutes of the yearly payment being removed from my account (without warning). We have not received a response in weeks. We want our money back. We advise that teachers do NOT use this extremely unprofessional and deceptive service.

Excellent product that helps you save time as a teacher, and deliver high-quality lessons. As a new teacher, I didn't have a lot of experience and was worried about WHAT to teach my students - as well as HOW. Off2Class answers those questions!

If you have a problem don’t expect to get an immediate response. They don’t call you back and do not provide adequate technical support. I had technical problem with one of my students and messaged several times but never received a response.

I was a paying customer previous, during and after the pandemic began. However, after the pandemic they offered free subscriptions. I was a little suspicious so I didn’t use this platform for a while. But then one of my students needed a particular feature this platform provided so I attempted to use the free account. They charged me for the account and acted like it was my fault for activating the account again and want me off the platform completely because they had to refund my money. I was rude or anything. They simply did like me asking for a refund. This was all done through messaging because they do not provide a phone number for customer service.

Using Off2Class dramatically decreased my preparation time as an independent, online English teacher. The main benefits for me are:
- more professional lessons
- clear progress for students (using the curriculum, they can really see the skills they are learning)
- placement test so I can discuss students level
- progress tests so they student can test themselves after each unit
- homework that is easy to mark
- students can look back at all the lesson materials and homework whenever they want
- native speaker listening exercises that match every level
- vocabulary is recycled throughout the curriculum
- useful support and friendly Facebook group
- lots of how-to videos and tutorials
- I can teach more students, because I spend much, much less time preparing lessons, so I increase my income
- can teach group lessons
