Ordered on line. Order form took all my details correctly. Tracked it and was claimed as being delivered. No idea where but the parcel was addressed to my first name and the road I live in. No surname, no flat number no building name. Useless customer services just say down to delivery service which is total rubbish
Avoid like the plague

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One was supposedly 'leather'. Definitely not. I ordered UK 9.5. One pair was too small (no actual size label) and one an EU 45 (too big). Waited about a month for delivery. When I complained, I was offed a 20% refund of my £35 cost or a very 'dodgy' tracked return to China at my own cost.

I ordered two Men's Vintage Open Toe Breathable Slippers on the 25/04/2025. Up till now i did not receive it. the courier company Evri advised me to contact the retailer and let them know that the items were damaged when it get to them. WOW. Took over a month to arrive, even after I paid for speedy delivery. The shoes are described as leather and they certainly are not leather at all. Glad I didn’t pay much for these because I won’t be wearing them. Don’t look good, don’t feel good don’t fit good. Save your money or just throw your £20 in the bin. Awful shoes.

They are cheap, nasty and printed plastic - In the bin Facebook keep removing my comments. took over a month to arrive. Order dated 11/3/2025 and marked as shipped 18/3/2025.

I ordered orthopaedic trainers in 42/8 they sent 41s, feels cheap, inside uncomfortable, and definitely do not slip on without using 2 hands, soft and flimsy. I asked for a refund, they refused, EVEN THO; ITS THEIR MISTAKE.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Shocking quality! Advertised as orthopaedic shoes... absolute cheap rubbish!! With a very strong chemical smell!! Should be banned from selling!

This is the second time I have ordered shoes from this company. Both times sent wrong shoes.
They are taking the mick! I was assured they would get it right this time, they lied.

Do not order anything from this company Ordered two pairs of shoes on the 11/02/25 as of the 27/02/25 nothing has arrived on the tracking system it is saying delivered have emailed several times no resolution on checking my bank account it says the money went to a different name for someone in Hertfordshire not China where the tracking is saying it is coming from I believe this company is a total con
update it now transpires the goods were delivered to the wrong address by Evri can’t track as it doesn’t recognise my postcode however the order has the correct post code will be speaking to the bank to try and reclaim the money the pod I have been sent is for a different post code and a different part of the country

I ordered my new hiking boots on January 24, and they arrived 20 February. Having read the customer reviews after ordering, I felt deflated and prepared to be scammed, but I am very happy with the product and no complaints at all

Same story as all the rest .. received wrong size, they keep trying to palm me off with 20% refund which is £3.60 of the £23 I spent including postage. They also say if I want to return I have to fund it myself and if it doesn't arrive then tough. Shame now to hear that's just what they do! What a disappointment! I know now to check reviews before buying online shit.y

Please people take note of this company and hopefully if you are about to buy from Facebook you will read this. The reviews on here are spot on. They send wrong sizes and refuse to send return labels and offer ridiculous refund offers to not send the shoes back to China. I have disputed with my bank sent countless emails and they refuse to offer customer service. Avoid at all costs. It is fronted by a shoe company but the transaction is a bra company and I hope Monzo fraud team do sort this out. Be aware people don’t use them.

I ordered a pair of boots and they sent the wrong size. They would not give me a full refund or send a prepaid label to return. Although the address for return was in the UK they said to get a refund I would have to pay for a tracked delivery to China myself!
This was totally their fault yet the customer service is atrocious. Save your money and buy from a good UK company.

All they would offer is a small partial refund, they wouldn’t even send the correct size replacement.

Absolute rubbish like an idiot I gave them a second chance thinking I may have messed up the order but no got the same size shoes inferior materials plus they make the return process nearly impossible DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH

Poor quality products ordered boot that did not look anything like the product shown on the website .Tried to return but they offered me 15% refund pulse £10 voucher.The items cost £37.99

Shoes were absolutely crap.
Said free paid returns...they completely ignored their own returns policy which I pointed out to them 3 times and I had to pay to send back

Advert on Facebook for a seemingly good bra at 20 quid. Took a month to arrive and wouldn't use it for a dish cloth. It was nothing like the product advertised and was just rediculous.
Emailed them and they replied saying we will give you 15% off and you can keep the bra.!!
Complained again and he started going on about how much it will cost me to return it and it might get lost.
Offered 20% of the cost price as an incentive.
Absolute brazen scammers.

This is a SCAM. Their website is not real. They take money on ordering, not on dispatch like legal suppliers (Amazon, etc, etc). Your goods do not exist nor dispatched.
If you use Visa, dispute after 15 days for a refund. For MasterCard it's 30 days.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I Ordered a pair of leather boots but they arrived in the wrong size. Emailed twice to complain and was offered 15% off to keep them, which I refused, then offered 20 to keep them, again I refused and asked to have replacement in a larger size which was agreed. Item was sent back as per their instructions with Tracking number. I checked weeks later to find the parcel was delivered 5 times to their return address and no one accepted it. 14 emails later I am still no further forward. They keep apologising for the inconvenience, but do not take ownership to resolve the issue. They still are asking me to return the parcel and offering me money off. I'm guessing Mahalia Rau who seems to be the only customer service agent is a bot and not a real human. This company is a Scam outfit with no decent customer service or trading ethics.

Sent for a pair of shoes, had no confomation. money taken. but recieved no goods... Stay away from this company... Shocking
